“Great service. I was buying a plant as a surprise 60th birthday present. All run very smoothly, including Paramount correcting a contact error on my part - thanks Magda! The plant .. a Japanese acer ... looks lovely, and the birthday girl was very happy.”

“Delivery took longer than advised but when the plants arrived we were very pleased. The offer price I think was about right compared to other places. The only thing that was a shame was that I ordered 3 to create a screen and whereas 2 were the same in height and spread, 1 looked smaller so they weren’t equal in size. These are the only 2 reasons why we haven’t given 5 stars. The customer service when enquiring about delivery times was quick and they answered our questions fine.”

“Plants were slightly delayed in dispatch but the company kept me informed throughout and handled the delay really well. The delivery occured on the day/time that was stated. The plants were healthy and continue to appear so. Good service, good price and would use again.”

“Couldn't be more pleased..Due to the lockdown, visits to the garden centre were off limits. Gardening online was a new experience for me...didn't know what to expect... But all went well...Plant arrived in great condition, and is now happily thriving in garden.”

“My after sales query was dealt with swiftly and there was no hesitation offering me a replacement should the plant (which had lost a lot of leaves) not survive. It is nice to be able to discuss an issue in a reasonable way rather than the tick box conversations one is often subjected to with other suppliers.”

“I recently ordered a Catalpa tree from Paramount and was impressed with their customer service. Because of Covid restrictions and my experience with other nurseries, I expected the order to take a very long time. But the tree was delivered within three weeks, with regular emails explaining what was happening. At one point the container size of my tree changed from 45L to 20L but one of the staff sent a photo to make sure I was still happy with the purchase. The tree arrived packaged well and in very good health.”
