“I received the six Red Robin compactica at the allotted time and the delivery driver was courteous and helpful. The plants were in lovely condition and looked vigorous and healthy. They have been planted in a row to form a 3 metre hedge at the front of a small front garden. The impact was immediate and wonderful. Thank you for the plants and the service.”

“Before ordering I rang to speak to them about the trees and discuss the best height for my needs. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and was great answering all my questions. The trees arrived on the day that I was emailed by a lovely chap. Email comms were very good to confirm both the order and the expected delivery date. The plants are of good quality and I have contacted Paramount Plants since receiving the trees, to ask for some advice and they have been very helpful and replied the same day. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.”

“The delivery guy was brilliant - don't know if he was paramount or a courier, but he was extremely helpful. A super-fit Romanian who speaks about a dozen languages - he worked super-hard to make a very difficult delivery task involving heavy trees seem easy. A real credit to the company.”

“Paramount Plants gave me exceptional service. I needed to order some pleached beech trees. I spoke to Tim who was extremely patient and helpful explaining what height trees I should buy (as they were to be planted next to our existing pleached trees). I rang him on numerous occasions with different questions and each time he was very helpful. Tim is very approachable and did not make me feel uncomfortable or that I was being a nuisance keep asking for advice. The delivery team were also very efficient in despatching the trees and the delivery driver was excellent (he was on time and had to deliver the trees in the most appalling weather conditions). I can honestly say Paramount Plants is a very professional and helpful company and I have no hesitation in recommending them whatsoever. The week of delivery saw us with a deluge of rain every day and one of the boxes (bone meal) on the day of delivery was wet - on contacting the delivery team at Paramount they immediately arranged for a replacement box to be sent.”

“Bought 4 trees and each one was in very good condition. Above all else the customer support was first class and Charlie from Paramount was excellent. Gave me some really good advice which was invaluable. The videos on the paramount website also helped with planting and stalking trees. All in all I would buy from Paramount again and would highly recommend them.”

“Friendly and helpful service when visited the site. Delivery driver was very good. Bought pleached trees which are healthy and look good in our garden. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was we were recommended over twice as much compost as we needed. A couple of The neighbours were happy as we let them help themselves to it (it's good stuff)”

“This is our third order from Paramount Plants and we've found the plants to be top quality and healthy on arrival. This means they transfer to the garden well and grow strongly. Communicating is brilliant and timely and delivery was bang on. Thank you! Will keep buying from you. This time we had grasses and rosemary, your can just see in the photo either side of the steps.”

“Happy with my conifers. Price was good and The trees arrived pretty healthy. Good height. Some slightly shorter then others but all within parameters. Slight damage from transit but arrived on a pallet and were pretty well packed. Delivery was quite long but communication throughout was good. Can't wait for them to grow and bush out. (Abit Bushier then in the description pic online which was a bit of a relief to be honest) very happy overall. Would order again. Would definitely give 5* if delivery was abit quicker.”
