“Eight Pleached Hornbeam Trees arrived while I was at work, the driver called me and left them at the side of house as instructed. I arrived home to find them exactly as described and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the training frames not to mention the trees themselves. Because of work commitments I had a professional plant them and was reassured when he told me that he thought they were great quality trees and couldn’t believe the price, perfect for the job and compared to other companies at an excellent price. Fingers crossed they’ll survive this cold snap and snow. Thank you Paramount Plants.”

“my Pillar shape cedar trees (4) arrived safely and in good condition, but have unfortunately suffered from the strong winds/gales this year, and now a couple of them look a little drunk! the root ball arrangement for planting them is good but begining of December was my unfortunate choice!”

As these are freshly planted you should be able to straighten them up if you have not done so already. “The plants seem in good condition, but the rootballs are about half the size that your sales team said they’d be, and there are some concerns about whether this will lead to healthy growth. Delivery was also a problem, using a much bigger lorry than specified with no help to unload. These were all things we’d discussed in detail with your sales team and had been given false assurances on.”

“We wanted to buy as mature an apple tree as possible & Paramount Plants were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They were very informative with regard to the choice, including a photo of our tree & kept us fully informed of the delivery progress at all stages! They also gave very helpful planting advise! “I was SO pleased when the plant came! It is large, healthy and covered in buds for next spring. I haven't planted it in the garden but the pot is large enough to leave through the winter. I will certainly be looking at Paramount Plants when I have another space to fill!”
