“Usual quick delivery. This is the 4th bedding set I have ordered, as well as duvet, pillow & towels. The only one I didn’t like was the pillow but that was just personal preference. I wouldn’t buy any other type of bedding & would highly recommend Paragon.”

“We wanted to try a different style of bedding getting into the warmer months, and rather than settling for our usual cheaper alternative, I had heard very good things about bamboo bedding so decided to give Paragon bamboo's bedding set a go. The delivery was swift and well communicated and as soon as I took the bedding out of the packaging we knew we had made the right choice. The first night was brilliant, silky smooth and soft without being slippery, and my wife was particularly impressed with how well it kept her cool, with her being 7 months pregnant, this is a massive bonus! Will definitely be going to paragon for all our bedding in the future.”

“Service was excellent and products delivered swiftly and well packed. Sheets and duvet cover have a lovely feel and not as slippy as silk. I found the towels disappointing however. Again they are beautifully soft and I gave them a wash before using them. They remained very soft to the touch but the downside is - they don't absorb water at all well so it's a devil to dry yourself! The water seems to sit on the top of the towel instead of being absorbed into it as with cotton towels. I don't know if a combination of cotton and bamboo would be better because I ordered 100% bamboo. I certainly wouldn't buy these again which is a pity as I was looking forward to using them.”

“I love the product - it's high quality, ethical, and will last a long long time. However, if I am being charged a courier fee (£12.00) for delivery, I do not expect it to take several days longer than the standard free 24 / 48 hr delivery I experience with almost all other products I order online. Usually, when I purchase items online I receive notification of an expected delivery - I didn't get that with Paragon. I had to chase 5 days after a placed my order. It took 7 from placing to receiving my order. Parcel Force, was on this occasion Parcel Farce.”

Orders are processed and sent the same day, unfortunately once ParcelForce collect them we are totally in their hands and sometimes things don't go quite as well as they should. “I work with bamboo fibres in my felting projects and know the great qualities they have, I have been searching for bamboo sheets for awhile as I get really hot at night. The Paragon Bamboo web site was an exciting find and I ordered the double bed bundle; fitted sheet, Duvet cover and two pillow cases in the heather colour. I was so excited when they arrived. I spring cleaned my room (can’t not when you are about to put a set of fabulous bedding onto your bed). Made the bed, then could not wait till bed time! What luxury, sleeping in such gorgeous bedding, really helps to regulate the temperature. Colour is lovely. About to order another set.”

“I ordered sheets and towels. I haven't used the sheets yet but have put them on the bed today and they feel really beautifully soft. The only thing I would say is the king sized flat sheet is larger than I would have expected and hangs further down the sides of the bed than usual but this is not a problem and far better than smaller!! The fitted sheet has really deep sides and covered my 30cm deep mattress with no problem. The towels are sooo good, silky and soft that I ordered some more the day they were delivered!”

“Material is lovely - very soft, even after washing. Would have been more stars if the quality of construction of the pillowcases had been better. Quite shoddy and they twist when washed so it’s difficult to iron them neatly. Not at all pleased with those. Disappointing because the set wasn’t cheap. Wouldn’t repeat buying the set although the fitted sheet and duvet cover were ok.”
