“Arrived fast, however the produce did not meet the standard described. The sheet does not fit my double bed and the elastic will not hold it in place. As a result I have had several uncomfortable and sweaty nights sleep. After trying to reach out to customer support, they have no offered a solution. The pillow and duvet cases are fine. Not tried my towels as I am trying to get everything refunded.”

“Watch out for the 6 month guarantee. Our bedding came apart after 7 month and they weren’t interested. Bamboo material is very soft and comfortable but it has no shape. It is very absorbent but takes forever to dry. Buyers beware”

“Been using bamboo sheets for years and whilst there are some things I love about these (zippered duvet and colour selection). Man they look awful after 6 months :( I wash on cool and by itself and I always line dry bedding, and they are pilling, have holes, just not what I expected. One of the reasons I love bamboo bedding is the sensory experience and with the pilling that's pretty much ruined it for me,”

Hi I am sorry to hear you are not enjoying our bamboo sheets, we do state in our product care page that as bamboo is a 100% natural product it is extremely absorbent. "Bamboo, being a 100% natural product, is extremely absorbent and wicks away up to 40% more moisture than cotton does from the skin, therefore it will absorb any face creams or hair products etc. Which may result in temporary discolouration which should go when washed. Washing at a higher temperature, with the help of a stain remover is recommended in this case." Best regards Paragon Bamboo
