“I bought a king size fitted sheet and after one wash (as per the instructions) it shrunk. I contacted Nick who was slow to respond and he said that their sheets don't shrink, I had to keep chasing him, but he eventually asked me to return it so he could check it. Eventually he came back to me to say "I cannot explain why the sheet no longer fits as it did the first time you tried it on, apart from the fact that there has possibly been a slight shrinkage when washed" despite this admission he has refused to refund me. I have photo's of before and after which I sent to him clearly showing the shrinkage. The products are poor quality as is the customer service.”

“The bath sheets arrived in less than 24 hours which is very good. The towels are thinner than normal towels but just as absorbent. Washing on 30degrees is certainly a bonus. I intend to order some more.”

“Excellent products (bamboo bedding) & prompt free delivery. I've already placed another order within a week of receiving first. Not able to get my 1st choice of colour on some items, however happy to mix & match, (& don't often look at the colour while sleeping!), & a slight issue with the flat sheet, (see below), still happy to give an overall 5 stars (as 4.5 not available, & don't think it warrants an overall 4 star).”

“High Quality product, on receiving the product in the cold light of day, the colour was not to my liking. I contacted their customer service team, they were fast to respond and had no problem sending a different colour out to me, once I returned the package. Customer service were understanding and emailed me with progress along the way.”

“If I had to sum this company up in one word it would be “ OUTSTANDING”. Website is easy to navigate and ordering so easy. Delivery was amazingly fast. Ordered one day delivered the next. The products they are selling make me feel I am sleeping on pure luxury. I would recommend this company. I did have one hic cup that I ordered an item as a gift for a friend and they sent the wrong item but I was so impressed by my sheets that I just ordered again”

“Would definitely recommend getting a fabric sample first to avoid disappointment. I didn't, and both texture (way too silky-fitted sheet wrinkles too easily) and colour (heather is not pink like the illustration of bedding on the website) are not to my taste at all.”
