“Super soft and feel very luxurious. My only criticism would be, if you don't have a washing line, they take an age to dry inside the house, due to the high thread count. Or pop them on a hot radiator, if the heating is on! Otherwise, they are amazing, well worth the price and I love the fact they are bamboo ❤️”

Unfortunately you received the wrong pillowcases and I apologise for this. Inevitably mistakes can happen when sending a large amount of orders out every day. We tried many times to contact you on the mobile number you provided but there was no answer and no facility to leave a voice mail. You did call us again and agreed to return the items and we would send the replacements immediately. I am disappointed you felt it necessary to leave negative feedback when we were unable to contact you due to you not answering the calls or having a voice mail facility.
