“Ordered 3 flat sheets from Paragon and the products were shipped next day and with me the following day. The quality is great and really pleased with the purchase and would definitely recommend. When I contacted customer services to enquire as to speed of delivery responded really quickly to my question which was great.”

“I was pleased to find the site. Our bed is an emperor so finding bed linen is tricky. I like the colours and wanted to start off with two sets. The material is lovely and soft. What is disappointing is that the pillow cases aren’t big enough for our pillows, which are king size. It seems odd that you don’t have king size pillow cases to match the emperor six bedlinen. That’s disappointing and means that if I continue to buy from you I’ll need to buy pillow cases from elsewhere which won’t help as they won’t match!”

Marcia I am sorry that you have found the pillowcases do not fit your pillows. Our web site does clearly show the size, 75x50cm which is the standard pillow and pillowcase size in the UK. We have other customers that have purchased the flat sheets and had pillowcases made to their own measurements.

“I bought these to put in the downstairs cloakroom. Now that we 're allowed to have (a few) people indoors again I thought it would be advisable if each visitor had an individual towel to use. They are lovely and soft and I've washed them before use. I put them in a box on one side of the washbasin with a 'used' basket on the other side and they have been not only admired but much appreciated. Thank you.”

“I really love the bamboo bedding and towels sets, the only down fall I find is that the duvet never stays put in the cover because of how silky it is. It would help if they put some little button attachments on the inside Of the cover and duvet like they do with the panda brand range to keep the duvet in place. Love the cotton mix towels on sale price such a bargain and I received an upgrade to the 100% bamboo towel as one of mine was unavailable. I fell in love with the quality and softness, just perfect! I may just have to treat myself on the future to a full set of theses too!”

“Dreadful quality. Looked like a rag after washing. I ironed the bedding and folded and when I put it on the bed it was full of creases. I bought this bedding as I have sensitive skin but it irritated my skin. A complete waste of money.”

It would be helpful if you let us know what temperature you washed the bedding at and whether you took it out of the washing machine shortly after it finished the last cycle We have never known the linen to irritate any customers skin, what detergent did you use?

“5 star product, 5 star service! I ordered two super king fitted sheets and a set of housewife pillow cases. The products are magnificent, they feel so soft and silky to the skin and are vastly more comfortable to sleep on than cotton. The fit of the deep super king sheets are perfect, so nice to have a fitted sheet that actually fits and the quality and durability of the weave and manufacture are very evident. Lastly, my order shipped free of charge, was incredibly quick in reaching me, barely 72 hrs from placing the order, and delivered by Parcel Force/Royal Mail my preferred delivery service. All in all, wonderful.”
