“Lovely and soft much better than cotton. You would need at least 600 thread count minimum in cotton to get anywhere near this bamboo cover. Very impressed will be buying more!”

“Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Paragon. I was so excited to receive my order of bedding as my friend had them however, the colour that arrived was not as described and shown on the website (will attach photos if possible). When requesting a full refund they said I was ‘incorrect’ and the order was ‘exactly as described’ and they deducted the postage charge. I see they’ve responded to say I could have changed my item for a different colour, however this was never proposed as an option when I spoke to Simon on the phone several times.”

We sent exactly what you ordered, a bed set in Teal. If you had not been happy with the colour we would gladly have changed it for you as long as the package had not been opened.

“As a sufferer of night sweats due to generalised anxiety disorder, I chose the full bedding set to help combat this. Bedding still gets damp because I still sweat (it’s nothing to do with temperature) but it is so much better. The bedding doesn’t get as wet and dries much more quickly. I am able to share a bed with my wife again! They are lovely and soft and very cool to touch. Very slidy material means the fitted sheet comes untucked most nights and you can easily lose the duvet in the cover, but this is far from the end of the world considering I no longer sleep in a puddle.”

“Since an operation I don’t sleep well, bought complete duvet, sheet, mattress protector etc and I have found it helps. All very comfortable. Very comfortable when sheets and cover washed for the first time, makes it much softer. Also towels wash them first. Good communication and response.”

“I needed some more sheets and duvet cover and decided to at the bamboo material which Inhave read about. Paragon seemed to offer the right product set and a competitive price and after reading the reviews, made an order!! 3 days later and wrapped in a lovely bag. The sheets were a grey and looked and felt like silk! The bamboo feels very cool, slippery, incredible! Will be buying another set!”
