“Before purchasing the products I had a question which was swiftly answered to and there was a promo on which thy reminded me about. Order was then dispatched quickly. I had ordered sheets and towels - wow I could never go back to using cotton again!! Sheets were velvety and smooth and the towels were so soft - even my husband commented and urged me to order another set - which I did!! Thank you Paragon”

“Heavy, soft & fluffy and excellent quality, the belt is strongly fixed and reinforced to the back and also has side loops, the hood fits just right and is not oversized, I am athletic build and just under 12 stone, 5`7 with 32” waste and the medium is quite large on me. I haven’t washed it yet as it seems to nice to put in the washing machine. I would purchase the waffled one as well if it wasn’t so expensive, I don’t mind paying a lot of money for a heavy robe and would expect the waffled one to be lighter. It was delivered next day, so carriage was perfect. Great company with excellent products and fast delivery.”

“I highly recommend the customer services of Paragon Bamboo. I was given a bath robe for Christmas but became dissatisfied with the threads that were being pulled during use. I contacted Paragon Bamboo, and they could not have been more helpful. They arranged the return and replacement, and recommended the waffle robe instead as the replacement. This is a super product and I am delighted with it - it is so soft and there have been no pulled threads. I would like to see a wider range of colours in future, but am really pleased with my navy waffle robe.”
