“While the sheets are a gift and therefore have not yet been opened, I did have a question about size to matress. This was answered very promptly which I appreciated. Ordering and having them delivered to Ireland address from Canada was very easy.”

“The sheet, duvet cover and pillow cases are so incredibly soft and luxurious. I love them so much that I can bore everyone to death about how amazing they are.”

“We find the 750gm duvet far too heavy and lumpy and so have purchased a 500gm which is so much better. A shame to have made this costly mistake but delighted with the lighter duvet. The quality of the bed linen is beautiful - soft and very comfortable. Easy to launder and allows a comfortable adjustment to body temperatures. Customer service is second to none. Queries have been addressed promptly, politely and resolved satisfactorily.”

“have just ordered a super-king flat sheet and pillowcases and some bath towels. I have had bamboo bedding & towels before and love it. These look excellent quality. I ordered the teal colour and it is beautiful. It is difficult to find these size items in darker colours for some reason, especially in bamboo and I was delighted that Paragon had them. Good website and good email communication about order.”

“Excellent delivery . I purchased the King size 100% bamboo duvet after purchasing other bedding which I loved. Unfortunately I don't like the duvet, its heavy and feels a bit slimey! However as I had already unwrapped it, I couldn't return it, a very expensive mistake on my part. I removed it after one night and it won't be going back. I hadn't noticed the return restrictions until it was too late...”

“The items are cool to touch but failed to "reduce perspiration" as claimed. The pillow is very tight in the pillow case and is consequently too high and uncomfortable, perhaps a larger pillowcase would resolve that. Unfortunately my sleep has not been improved despite the investment in this new set of bedding.”

“Really annoying but whilst loving the feel of the sheets, I bought king size for my 6ftx5ft bed, so should have been ample as it's only a bit bigger than a double. Whilst there appears enough sheets to cover the corners always pop off which is uncomfortable and inconvenient”

“I ordered the teal bamboo dressing gown to replace an old very soft polyester one. It’s a gorgeous colour, exactly the right length- mid (I’m 5’5”) and very warm and comfortable whilst not quite as soft as polyester. I’ve not had a hood before and wasn’t looking for one but this is unobtrusive and keeps my neck cosy. The sleeves are not too wide and roll back easily and stay in place. I particularly like the belt being fixed and not over long. Very happy as it’s likely to have to last a long time. Website, service and delivery were all excellent.”
