I wanted to love the invitations but the border on the sample was larger on one side than the other. For the cost of the invitations I couldn’t risk purchasing and having them all be like that so unfortunately I had to go with another company.

I ordered a photobook of my wedding photos. These were high resolution images shot by a professional photographer. The product I received was pretty poor quality. Images were blurry and pixelated. I was told my images were low resolution and has caused the issue which was not true. To give credit where it is due the two customer service agents I dealt with were both very helpful and I received a full refund very quickly. I had been very excited to receive my product but was left very disappointed. I can't recommend Papier at all.

I'm a long term customer totally disappointed in the new branding all over it and the designs. Only 3/5 stars from me and I used to love Papier.

I like most of papier products. However, I don't think the agenda book I got is conducive to having a yearly planner. Perhaps I didn't read the description well enough but also who makes a planner that isn't meant for the whole year ?

Card designs for a wedding were lovely and just what I was looking for but trying to add text was a nightmare. Hopeless. Wasted alot of time. It's a shame. Have gone elsewhere and been very happy with the results. You just need to up your game a bit.

Generally the products are good. Bought the pen and the refills are terrible. Tried to buy replacements but they appear to be permanently out of stock. They did refund them but when I've tried to buy them elsewhere I can't so now have an unusable pen.

Really like the design of the cover and the layout of the planner overall, but the paper is so thin I had to search for pens that didn't show through to the other side of the sheet! Ultimately not worth the cost.

Overall loved the quality of the book, but the process was a bit difficult and tedious. I spent like an hour organizing my gallery with the pictures I wanted, once I selected the pictures it froze and deleted all of my progress within the Instagram app. I was so invested on making a book for my daughter I tried again, but this time I went to the website directly. I spent so much time again selecting pictures for the book once I realized I wanted some pictures at the beginning I tried to arrange them, somehow it deleted my progress again. I tried another time but this time I had an idea of the pictures I wanted right away and finished. I reviewed the pictures and the outcome of the book and made the purchase. Once I received the book, I loved it however the book was not complete it was missing some pictures but when I went back to check on the order the pictures matched which that’s not what I had ordered. I am not sure it it’s a system glitch or what but I felt crazy for a bit I didn’t request to return because the order matched, but I know that’s not what I had created. I was ok with the book but I wasn’t fully satisfied also spent so much time trying to make it. I really wouldn’t do it again.

I ordered a small, square hardback photo book for a friend’s birthday. The quality of approximately half the printed photos were poorer than my photos submitted. Many printed photos were dark or slightly out of focus. But, website was easy to navigate for constructing the book, and prompt delivery of the product.

I am enjoying the recipe book. For the planner, I do wish the paper was thicker so that my pen didn’t bleed through. I also wish that there were three bookmarks instead of two since there are three different sections from monthly information.

I enjoy all of the material and personalization options that your planners offer, however I wish there was more customizability when it comes to the internal layout. Overall the planner I received is high quality and looks very nice, I am just not a fan of how the monthly/weekly overviews are laid out- there’s needs to be a way to change this based on the user preference.

I love the design of how the recipes are organized. I give it a 3 because I don’t think the book/material will hold up. The paper is super thin so when I write with a normal pen it impresses to the other side of the paper. I just withe paper was higher quality.
