The quality of the album is very poor. I wouldn't pay more than £5 for it. The only reason you have 2 stars is because the customer service was quick and good. The agent was responsive, helpful and gave a good solution to my issue. But the actual quality of the product is sadly way below acceptable

First two orders I received had no backs to them. Third order I received had a back to it and the quality of the picture was terrible. Took about a month to get my items (regardless of express shipping) because of all the mistakes, and then was only reimbursed the shipping and a small part of my order. Was also told the new items would ship to me overnight and each time it took about a week. Really disappointed and will not be ordering or recommending again.

The covers are really nice and there’s a huge variety but the paper quality is so disappointing. I decided to switch from a well known planner brand to Papier and even pen shows through the pages. Not what I was expecting from a planner that was not cheap.

The notebook paper is more yellow / warm in tone than the one I have purchased in the past (from Selfridges) and it blots ink on the other side. Not ideal at all. This was a complaint I had last year too when I ordered online from the website vs purchasing from Selfridges. But I know nothing is going to happen about this — not sure why I am writing this……..

I ordered a planner and the package arrived with no planner inside. It had not been sealed. Customer service was quick to respond to me and place a new order for me; however, a week or longer went by and the company “ran out” of the soft cover planners and could not fulfill my order. I was very displeased. Prior to this, I would’ve recommended them to anyone but not now.

Usually have a positive experience but this time the lettering of the personalization was barely visible. I had done any edits required by Papier during the process and it still came out bad. This will most likely be my last experience with Papier.

Yikes! Used to be a good brand. The shipping was all over the place. Package finally arrived and it wasn’t nearly what it looked like in the photos and had the wrong name. Cute Instagram trick! Is fine planner. Could’ve lived without and regret buying.

I have ordered several time. The last time I ordered, I was told a week and a half after the fact, that they were actually out of stock for my order and had to cancel it. This cam after sever emails about a dely and then an email fromm someone different about a cancellation. Terrible communication, no reslove or costumer serivce.

The 2025 planner isn’t my favorite - the ink they used to print everything is a lighter grey and not as easy to see. Papier customer service reps are responsive and polite.

Pages are not in logical order (ie January monthly, January monthly goals, January weekly, then February, etc - each category goes through the entire year leading to awkward use. Pages bleed through with regular pens. Inside cover panel white instead of beige shown in picture. Overall not impressed with quality or function from how it was presented online.

Paid for express delivery due to a relative being unwell in hospital. Was advised that deliveries were delayed and so requested a refund of the express delivery charge. Never heard back. It’s a shame as have always had a great experience of Papier until now.

I am very disappointed in my Papier notebook. For $43 I expected top quality and what I got was something I could have bought from Kmart for $10. The binding is wonky and the paper isn't nice and thick, it just feels like something very cheap and definitely NOT worth the money. Definately wouldn't bother buying again.

It just think this planner was really expensive for what it is. I understand that the front is personalised but I at least thought the front cover would be hard. Just not worth the money in my opinion. You could go elsewhere and get the same thing with a hard cover (not personalised) for less than half the price. Not worth the £20+ I spent.

Right now my current order is almost a week and a half late in the mail and I'm receiving little to no updates from the shipping service or Papier. Love the products, hate the shipping situation.

Sad to see that the quality has declined but prices have stayed the same. This year in my 2025 planner the paper is a lot thinner and the ink is lighter. I’ll be looking for other brands for the price I’m paying.

I ordered a diary which took weeks and weeks to arrive, I had to investigate its whereabouts. When it did finally arrive, I was away so it stayed at the dpd collection point, was returned and has since disappeared. I’ve been in touch with customer service numerous times and the problem has yet to be sorted out. Not at all impressed. Very happy to take payment but that’s it.
