“A beautiful book, the only thing that let it down was your delivery, this was a Christmas gift that got left behind because it didn’t arrive on the specified date. If you have offered a Friday delivery don’t post it on Thursday on a 48 hour delivery service. Service is important too not just the product.”

“I had such a great experience with Papier - I worked with them on my wedding invitations and wedding albums. Even three years later, when I tried to order another album,m they were able to help me recreate it in no time! The customer service is excellent! I will come back to them again and again for milestone events!”

“I absolutely love my planner. I saw a few people posting on tiktok about how amazing the customer service was with this company and that it was caused me to use this company. I got mine customized and it looks beautiful. I love that it have so many different ways of the months broken down. My only complaint isn't really a complaint as much as it is OCD because the image on the front it slightly missed printed. It's to far over to the spine of the book. But honestly I love this planner and I can't wait for the new year to get started.”

“I don’t see the hype for this planner and stickers. With 15% off the planner and stickers still cost $50. So i was expecting a premium product. The spiral planner is not sturdy at all. The font on the paper is so faint you can barely read it. When you move the planner around sometime the back cover doesn’t stay on the pages so it’s not protected. The stickers are cute but TINY. This is what i get for taking recommendations from tiktok”

“I used to love Papier! It is my third year in a row having their planners, and this year I am disappointed. They continue to make changes to the paper used in the planner and the quality continues to decrease. I am writing with the same exact pens as I wrote in my 2023 and 2024 planners with, and I had no issues with that. I love consistency and I already purchased the planner for the year so I will continue to use it, but it makes me reluctant to continue to be a repeat customer. Hopefully they make improvements on the paper in the next year.”

“This was my first time placing a order with Papier ,the temps I ordered a journel , some beautiful shawdow type gel marker pens and a pen pouch , all items very of good quality, especially the journal, the items were a gifts for my granddaughter but I would have liked to keep them all ;-)”

“There was a delay in the order that was outside of Papier’s control. They were very quick to refund postage, and offered to refund full amount if delivery was not made in time so very good customer service. The product was good too and fair price.”

“The most beautiful diary!! Absolutely gutted I have only found this company this year, but I know I will buy one every year going forward - it’s so beautiful I even bought one as a gift. Pictures don’t do it justice, the quality is incredible, and I love how personalised it can be. Very easy website to order from, and quick delivery to Ireland wrapped in gorgeous packaging.”

“Paper products are such high quality, personal and meaningful. I adore my personalised gratitude journal that I received as a gift to mark my 1 year sobriety birthday and have just bought a new one for 2025!
