When our original order arrived damaged due to transit, the team immediately made us a replacement and it arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with the support from Papier to replace the damaged one.

I just wanted to leave a message with a big thank you to Steph in the customer service team. There was an error with my order and she helped me over the weekend to put it right and the correct order arrived with me the following week. I already adored Papier products but Steph going above and beyond to help me made me love the brand even more.

Pages on the are so thin that even the printing from the manufacturer shows through the flip page. Ink bleeds right through the page, making the planner unusable.

The week of our wedding there was a miscommunication regarding our escort cards and I was left scrambling to come up with an elegant solution. I found Papier with a simple google search and am so happy I did. Not only was I able to easily create my escort cards and table numbers but they also came earlier than expected and were exactly what I was hoping for! I was so pleased that I just ordered my thank you cards with them as well. Will continue to be a repeat customer!

Beautiful products but it has taken me a while to be a repeat customer as my last order was a disaster with not all of the items being dispatched. After many years I decided to order personalised gifts again and once again only two out of three items arrived! I notified customer service straight away and after many emails they are printing another item which will take another 10 days to get to me which will be late for the recipient. I paid express shipping for my initial order so I would receive the items in plenty of time however there wasn’t any offer of refunding this. When I requested to be refunded for the express shipping I was only offered a 15% discount off the item which was a mere $6.00 or I could cancel my order! The items are for teachers at my son’s school and I wanted their gifts to be the same but personalised. Therefore I can’t cancel the third book and need to wait at least 10 days for it to arrive …. Terrible service and no attention to detail with dispatching items! It’s a pity because the personalised books are lovely. This will be the last time I order from Papier. As mentioned it’s taken me years to repurchase after the first order mishap years ago and now it has repeated again! Not happy.

Awful customer service, poor maintenance of their printers, no back up service in case of failures, no updated shipping times, poor service all around. Will not be shopping here again.

So happy with the service from Papier! My package was lost, and they sent a replacement straight away. It's my second product from them. My weekly academic planner is amazing. Sumptuous paper, excellent design, great quality.

I ordered a photobook of wedding photos as a gift for my husband for our first wedding anniversary. I decided to order from Papier and pay the premium to do so as their quality looked great and they had loads of good reviews regarding their customer service etc. I also paid extra (almost £9) for the expedited delivery to ensure that it would arrive a couple of days before our anniversary. The day before it was supposed to be delivered it was still showing as 'in production' so I messaged as I was concerned, but I was reassured that it was due to be dispatched later that day. Lo and behold it was not dispatched that day and therefore didn't make it in time for our anniversary. I did receive an email that day to say that there was a delay with my order and the shipping cost would be refunded to me. I followed up with an email expressing how disappointed I was that I would not have a gift to give to my husband on our first wedding anniversary and that the delay with my order wasn't addressed when I had messaged the previous day - had it been I would have had time to source an alternative (for context there was a technical issue with binding the photobooks, which they surely must have known about at the time). The reply I received was totally unapologetic and basically said that it was ok because my order had now been dispatched and my shipping cost had been refunded. There was absolutely no acknoweldgment of the situation I had been put in. I did receive my order (the day after my anniversary, luckily my husband was very understanding) and the photobook is beautiful, but I'm unable to give a higher rating or say I would recommend Papier due to the terrible customer service I have received.

Ordered two personalized bullet journals to give as gifts and am very pleased with the outcome. The binding is well done, paper is a good weight, colors are as expected, and the personalization was correct. What you see is what you get and I couldn't be happier.

Paper products are great, writing products are not. I purchassed a ball point pen and immediately had issues with writing quality. Essentially the pens do not output ink consistently and leave spots where ink does not transfer tothe paper. Customer service was great, and they sent me 2 free refills. Both of those refills had the same issue. I decided to give the roller ball refill a try, and bought some roller ball refills. All roller ball refills had the same quality issue. At this point I have tried over 6 different pen refills, and had issues with all of them. The pen housing is heavy, but the weight distribution is not balanced very well. With the cap on the back of the pen, it is difficult to write with, and with the cap off the pen it feels strange in the hand. I have since bought a nicer pen for less money, but believe I am outside of the return window for all of my ink products at this point.

Made an order recently - absolutely love how the productivity journal is looking on the inside! Unfortunately there was a printing error so I got in touch via live chat. Instantly I was greeted by Nicole who helped me out within 5 minutes and issued me a replacement. Very happy with the service - thank you Nicole!

Very slow delivery compared to my last order which is disappointing. Also, I am not satisfied with the quality of my diary. I previously ordered a hardback which was great but decided on binded. I feel as though the binded ones should be cheaper as they are less durable
