Ive been a longtime customer and in the past few months, ive noticed the quality has gone downhill. The standard envelopes are lighter weight. The spiral notebook is like something you’d get at Staples. Disappointed bc ive been a fan for a long time.

I was really excited for Papier. Their designs were cute, site was easy to use, and it was affordable. When i got my order of 175 save the dates and pre-addressed envelopes i was excited to start stuffing and stamping because they looked great! After stamping for awhile i realized i kept seeing envelopes addressed to the same person over and over. Turns out papier duplicated envelopes and half my list i sent them were not printed. Giving 2 stars because they did resend the envelopes free of charge but was annoying wasting money on stamps for duplicated envelopes.

I'm pretty disappointed in the service and quality. I ordered personalised samples and got very random different ones. The overall look was not as impressive as it seems online and the metallic foils don't shimmer as much as I thought they would.

We ordered a Save the Date sample from Papier. alongside a few other printing vendors. Papier didn't provide tracking, and the shipment ended up arriving a few days late. When it arrived, the invite itself didn't print as vibrantly as another vendor, and the paper quality was a bit thinner, so we ultimately went elsewhere for our save the dates.

Unfortunately the notepad arrived with a lot of the gold foiling on the front having come off. As it was a gift I didn’t have a choice but to give it as it was.

They could have more options for two sided designs. They postage is very expensive and long, especially if you want to order a sample.

I’ve only ordered one product, the delivery time was good, but apart from that it wasn’t as high quality as I had hoped. The picture quality wasn’t great (resolution wise), and the edges of the book were slightly dented in. Just wasn’t what I had pictured. I think the website design and branding leads you to think the product is slightly higher quality than it is.

I’m quite upset about the card I ordered. I order a black and white photo card and the pictures on it were really dull. The card was also just paper, didn’t have any shine to them.

My planner was delivered at the rainy day. So my planner was wet and pages aren’t straight. Package needs to improve.

I love the design but am very disappointed in the paper quality of these journals, especially given the price. The bleed-through is very bad.

I didn’t like the texture of the planner cover it makes the cover design not look appealing. It’s much to expensive for the type of binding and material is made of. I also didn’t really enjoy the planning style. This was definitely not the planner for me. It was much to big for my liking as I like to take my planner on the go.

Unhappy because the photo album came with completely wrong and random names on the front. Not clear enough for the customer where to put names. It said "Sam and Eddie" on the front of mine. Book is basically ruined.

The ink colour on card I received was of poor quality or had a printing malfunction as it had lines going down the card (there were no lines in the card design), it was too late to reorder so I had to stick with it. Bit annoying for a £5 card, I’ve had much better quality elsewhere. Also, if I was printing something more important like wedding invites I would have been very upset by this.

I have been ordering my stationery through Papier for several years now and have spent well over $1,000 with them. It is very saddening seeing that in recent times, with every order, the quality has been progressively declining. Not to mention, their customer service is terrible. I recently recieved my repeat order with an entirely different set of envelopes than the ones I have always been sent; these were made of the cheapest paper I have ever came across. Literal printer paper is of higher quality. Yes, I reached out to them and after going back and forth with them, there was no resolution, to no surpise. Additionally, they have decided to add their branding to the backs of the notecards, which they were not doing before. The problem is it was not done in an understated, inconspicuous way, either-- it is now the focal point of the backs of the cards... I am very saddened to see a product I used to love so dearly plummet in quality so severly that I am now turning away from the brand.
