Loved my pocket diary from last year so ordered a full sized one in the same design for this year, sadly the paper in the regular sized diary is so thin and see through. I love to use paint pens and markers to decorate and it's already leaked through to the next week you can even see regular biro right through, my 2023 diary didn't do this. I wouldn't recommend, I don't want to waste this one so will likely keep using it but definitely won't be returning next year. Look elsewhere if you're after quality paper!

Not a great experience. My personalised diary arrived with an error. In fairness, the customer service rep credited my account with a refund. However, it was too late for me to order a replacement as it would not have reached me in time to gift it. So I ordered an alternative (different recipient) and decided to gift as a Christmas present. I received notification that it had been returned to Papier??? No idea what happened. So I didn’t get the diary and I haven’t received a refund.

Silver inking from the monogram smudged on to cover as well as a small dent. Poor for the price. Shame as wonderful otherwise. Presentation box was a beautiful touch. Shame the actual diary finish let it down. Pages also fanatic

Regular Papier Diary user. I write notes every evening in fountain pen and my diary is a constant friend. Very disappointed that the 2024 paper quality is lower than previous years although the diary price has increased. Paper is thinner than previous diary's and there is ink bleed in the paper and I'm so disappointed. I'm sure that like many of Paper customers I buy the products for the quality of the paper. Sort this out please.

My review has nothing to do with your product itself, but rather its delivery. Had I been alerted to a possible delay (the website said I could expect the gift to arrive at my home on December 22), I would have paid for a faster option. The gift did not arrive in time for Christmas, but rather on the 26th. I then had to spend $15 more to ship the gift to my niece. The planner was one she very much wanted, so I do not doubt its quality. I am very disappointed in its delivery.

Great packaging. Nice product. Shipping fees are very expensive. Was hard to not just buy from Amazon and get free next day shipping with Prime for the same type of planner

2024 Spiral Planner: I love the planner design and layout/sections...that's all just about perfect. Unfortunately the paper is SO thin it is unusable for me due to my pen preferences. Would be great for someone who writes in pencil or perhaps a light ballpoint.

The shipping was quick, the journal is pretty but it feels very cheap. I don't know how to describe but it's like the design is just glued on and they just ship it out. The pages are thin and again cheap paper. I have two other journals here that both were bought at random spots like Barnes and Nobel and they're so much thicker, heavier, and the pages are better. I'm disappointed and won't order from here again.

I bought the reading journal. Unfortunately, despite all the lovely things about the journal, such as the paper quality and design, Papier includes their own reading recommendations in the back. This is a dealbreaker for me and I will not purchase another Papier reading journal (or likely any other Papier product since I'm so irritated). Papier using page space to push their recommendations is a trespass on a book I bought for my personal use. It's like sitting quietly in the library enjoying the beautiful prose or poetry in front of you and having a rather obtuse librarian come over and declaim the library's mediocre "staff picks." Further, most of the books on Papier's recommendation lists are firmly in the mainstream (or at least the liberal-progressive mainstream). There aren't any unique/provocative/obscure titles on the lists. There's no indication that anyone at Papier has a personality. Perhaps these recommendations were produced by an algorithm. Do I want to spend time with that algorithm's recommendations? No, I would rather have that page space to document my own reading.

the address was wrong on my order, my fault yes, but it wasn't caught by Papier and I was not given a single update to say the order had been cancelled. I have used Papier many times but I am very dissatisfied this year, and a gift down for my partner

I ordered the recipe book and within a few uses, an entire chunk of the pages fell out of the book. This was with very minimal use and Papier refused to refund me for their faulty product. The best they could do was 20% refund. Won’t be ordering from them anymore

It looks super cute and I love the personalization, as well as the contents of the academic planner. I absolutely loved it UNTIL IT BROKE the second week of having it. I got the spiral academic planner and carried it in my backpack. I tried to be careful with it, but the back cover came off within a few days. If I could go back, I would get the hardback. In a perfect world, the spiral rings would be CLOSED so that the pages cannot fall out.

Sadly I was very disappointed with my order. This was to be a wedding gift and unfortunately the photo quality is not what I expected. The photographs are dull in comparison to the original images, and look slightly grainy, it does not look like a high quality photograph book. On a positive note, I had made a spelling mistake on ordering, and the team were very friendly and quick to rectify my mistake which I am very thankful for. However, I'm overall upset and would not use this company again due to printed picture quality.

I'm really bummed to find out that Papier only carries undated planners now! I used to get my planner here each year and really liked the 12-month planners that were offered, now I'll likely be headed somewhere else :(

The product is lovely and exactly what I wanted. The notecards arrived on time. However, I planned to give this as a gift and the packaging of the item prevents me from doing so. I'd like a box to store the beautiful notecards and envelopes. I am giving this to a pre-teen and I fear it will be impossible to keep the notecards in any semblance of order in the manner in which they were shipped and packaged. If this is a money saving (or earth saving) on the part of the company, perhaps ask if I want to the pay extra for a box or carbon offset.

Ordered the gratitude journal with my name printed on the front. I didn’t realise my name was going to be so small. When it came I could hardly read my name on the front. It was silly this font size was even an option as it looks ridiculous. The journals are lovely design wise but they are majorly over priced for what they are. The gratitude journal is just too repetitive for me and I wish I had researched this better before ordering as I couldn’t return due to the personalisation on the front. I did however get a 15% refund which was minor compared to what I paid. I also ordered a pen to match my journal which was also overpriced for all the size of it. Disappointed and won’t be ordering again. There are nice options out there for a fraction of the price. A basic note pad and pen would do the job and wish I had done this in the first place.
