I am very disappointed in my Papier notebook. For $43 I expected top quality and what I got was something I could have bought from Kmart for $10. The binding is wonky and the paper isn't nice and thick, it just feels like something very cheap and definitely NOT worth the money. Definately wouldn't bother buying again.

Loved my journals! The issue is the way they are shipped. The journals were dented on most of the corners. Some corners of pages folded over into themselves which is a huge bummer.. But things happen! Hope this helps :)

It just think this planner was really expensive for what it is. I understand that the front is personalised but I at least thought the front cover would be hard. Just not worth the money in my opinion. You could go elsewhere and get the same thing with a hard cover (not personalised) for less than half the price. Not worth the £20+ I spent.

Sad to see that the quality has declined but prices have stayed the same. This year in my 2025 planner the paper is a lot thinner and the ink is lighter. I’ll be looking for other brands for the price I’m paying.

Absolutely beautiful. The paper is thick and rich, the color is spot-on. They are lovely, thank you. I love having stationary at the ready. You have made a life-long customer out of me : )

I ordered in early December and was told my package would arrive by Dec 20. By 27 I was sent an email they “ran out” of my item and were cancelling my order. I reordered and kindly asked if they could offer express shipping due to all the errors and they said no …. Great business. I re-ordered anyways because it was a gift, still waiting a month later for my items.

I love the spiral diaries - thanks to "mysistermademebuyit" on instagram for introducing me to it!! Bought one for me and one as a gift and we are both loving them and using them daily! Needed to reach out to Customer Service along the way and the communication, support and help were EXCELLENT! Amazing company, will recommend to anyone and everyone!

I ordered a diary which took weeks and weeks to arrive, I had to investigate its whereabouts. When it did finally arrive, I was away so it stayed at the dpd collection point, was returned and has since disappeared. I’ve been in touch with customer service numerous times and the problem has yet to be sorted out. Not at all impressed. Very happy to take payment but that’s it.
