“I love the stationary that I selected but Papier should make it clear that square cards require two stamps! I sent out all my save the dates without knowing that and had many returned. When many people don't know this fact it would be nice for Papier to clearly share that with their customers after they make a purchase. Disappointed in the customer service.”

“Do not use - unreliable Do not use! Spent time making a special gift for my father in laws 70th, paid £8.50 for Saturday recorded delivery - I saw it hadn’t dispatched so contacted only to be told it hasn’t sent, and won’t know when it sends!!! So I’ve been left with no gift to give him. I was about to make more gifts but certainly will not be using this company. Such poor and inappropriate customer service response - the best they can do is refund the postage (lucky me!) or cancel the order. Cheers then! Things go wrong in business but it’s how you deal with it and treat the customer after - and clearly they couldn’t care less.”

“Started a tradition 3 years ago to order planners from Papier and it will be something we will continue doing so every year. Love the details, the options, and the quality of the planners!! Would definitely recommend. The personalized names is the cherry on top.”
