“Giving a personalised diary at Christmas has become a tradition and is so well fulfilled with Papier. There is a great range of designs (though more would be even better) to choose from and delivery is prompt and trackable. “I usually love Papier diaries however I feel that the quality has changed this year. The paper feels thinner, so does the laminated card at the front and back. The printing seems to have a few minor errors throughout the diary pages. The front cover doesn’t look like the colour I chose on the website and it seems a little pixelated.”

“Absolutely terrible. Still awaiting an oder from the 11th Deceber which was a christmas present. yes there has been a refun but still no order. TERIIBLE customer service with no guidance on when the order will be recieved.”
