Overall I’m not thrilled with my photobook. While the personalisation process was very easy and made the book look excellent when it came I was disappointed. I thought the front cover would be a little more sturdy and thicker however it was slightly bashed. I found the photo quality when printed not great even though they looked good in the online tool. I would say you can get much cheaper photo books for a fraction of the cost! Customer service offered me a new book due to the damage around the corners but I don’t think I’d purchase from Papier again!

Recently purchased a 2024-2025 academic planner in the Italian Summer design and the paper quality and binding is not the same as previous Papier products I have received. The paper is thin and rough, so I am having issues with ink bleeding through, ink transfer, and indents. The ink transferring to be almost completely legible on the previous page is most frustrating. Customer service was kind and informed me that they cannot always source paper from the same place which I understand, and I did receive a discount on the order for not being completely happy with it. However, this has made me cautious to purchase products in the future as it seems quality cannot be guaranteed across orders.

The paper is pretty thin!! I can see all my pen on the other side. Got an agenda from you guys last year and LOVED IT. Otherwise it is very pretty.

Really disappointed with the quality of the spiral bound books. I personalised 3 books for 3 different peoples birthdays. When they arrived, I was shocked to see that the front cover was really flimsy (not very thick gsm) and felt almost just a bit thicker than the paper inside the book. Also the back cover of all 3 books is cream, as opposed to keeping the pattern or colour the same on the back design, this made the notebook look a bit cheap. Finally, there was a small QR code printed on the inside of the front cover which again to makes the book feel messy/less professional. The only positive was that the printing quality was good/accurate colours to what you see online. One of the books which arrived had a bent corner, which after emailing customer services, Papier did kindly replace for me. For £20 per notebook (spent £60 altogether) I expected much better quality. I wouldn't purchase these spiral bound books again, and think the hardbacks might be more value for money?

I wish I would have done more research before buying. I got a bullet journal from Papier and the pages have bleeding and ghosting issues. I am using high-quality, no-bleed pens that never bled through/ ghosted on Erin Condren planners and notebooks. It is super clear to me that the paper quality at Erin Condren is significantly better than Papier. If you are planning on using anything other than a standard ballpoint pen or pencil, I do not recommend Papier at all. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I was super bummed. On the bright side, it was very fun customizing my cover and the book is really cute. It’s a shame I can’t use it how I wanted to. Wish I could return it but I think it’s too late

Overall, the books look cute but are very cheaply made and really disappointing. I was drawn in by the interesting covers and option to "customize", but I would not buy this book if I was able to look and feel it in person before purchase. For the $40ish price point, I was expecting at least a cloth binding on the spine, but these are all paper. The actual paper stock is also pretty thin, with even a normal gel pen ghosting to show through on the other side. It's clear the materials are not high quality. They might work if you are looking to just have it on a shelf, but I know within a few months of actual use, there will be chips and cracks in the spines, and it will not look nearly as nice. Especially for the recipe book, which I was hoping to use for years as a record for future cooking, I know it will not last. When I opened the box, the spine already had a small nick in it revealing the white below, and I know it will not stand up to any amount of cleaning without disintigrating if I spill on it in the kitchen. If you a serious fan of stationary and notebooks, don't buy these. They are not on par with a Moleskine or similar in terms of qualtiy for the price asked. I will not be purchasing again.

I’ve always loved Papier, it was my go to for gift giving and I always got their planners and journals every year. However I was very disappointed with my purchase last month because I had paid $39.99 for the express shipping (which pushed me well over what I had intended to spend) for some gifts I had ordered and when it looked that they were behind schedule to arrive I emailed customer support. Customer support assured me that they would arrive in time and they did not. I had to leave for a trip with no gifts for people who were very much looking forward to receiving them. Was a very disappointing experience and discouraged me from purchasing from Papier again.

Unfortunately the planners are super beautiful in the pictures on the website but when they arrive they just aren't good quality for the price. The paper is super thin, you can see right through it. The cover is cheap plastic. The printing looks blurry. I was very disappointed. Also to me it feels out of order. I need 3 bookmarks just to keep track of where July is for example. I'd much rather it all go in chronological order. It doesn't come with any bookmarks or tab dividers or pockets - again disappointing for the price.

I still keep a paper organizer, but need it to be sturdy when I carry it around, and throw it in my bag. This one I bought isn't great because it's not laminated on the covers.

Unfortunately, I regret purchasing the planner and getting it personalized. The monogram print looks cheap and as if a laser printer was used; I was looking for a more professional finish and product. I would like to return the item.

I ordered a wedding guest book on 23rd May. I was told it was dispatched on 28th May. Currently on 11th June and it still hasn’t been delivered. The Royal Mail tracking says the item is still to be received. Unfortunately this isn’t my first review of Papier being so slow and sadly I am unlikely to order again knowing that the service is so slow.

The notebook is really nice. It’s the second time I buy a pen , again after a couple of times writing , it doesn’t work and the ink leaves gaps in the paper which is very annoying. I won’t buy any pen again , only notebooks.

The journal we received had someone else's name on it. I assume that it was a placeholder name that Papier has of the example on their site and because I didn't change it, it defaulted to that (either that or they just sent a journal with the wrong name). If it is the former, they should have some simple backend software that won't let purchases go through unless that name is changed or deleted. Anyhow, my wife wanted to keep it becuase she found it so hilarious.

Some images were grainy, dissapointed given the price. And poor packaging meant the books were damaged on arrival.

The quality of printed pictures is declining. My (second, replacement) order arrived with all 3 photos showing indents on different parts of the card framing the photograph. Not great

My book was a bit bent when it arrived and the printing quality is not very good. The photos aren’t as clear as they should be for high resolution photos. Nice product but I did expect better quality.
