I’ve had a mostly positive experience with Papier. Their designs are stunning, and it’s clear that a lot of thought and care goes into their products. The delivery time was faster than expected, and the packaging is impeccable, making the unboxing experience delightful. The customer service team is incredibly responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any concerns or issues. However, there are areas for improvement, such as the consistency in print quality and the durability of some products. I also find the thinness of the pages and the silk finish not ideal for certain uses, as it can impact visibility and usability. Overall, Papier offers beautiful, high-quality products, and their excellent customer service makes them a brand I’d consider again.

I typically love every product I receive from Papier. I have ordered various journals that have turned out amazing. Unfortunately the calendar I received has marks on it that were noticeable as soon as I opened it. I didn’t have time to order a new one as it was a customized photo calendar so that’s sad.

I normally really like their journals but the paper quality seems thinner this year as the same pens I am using are bleeding through onto the next page which is a shame.

I’ve ordered a personalised diary from Papier for the last 7 years - I love the variety of designs and the ability to customise the font size and style. I was disappointed this year that the papier logo is included on the front of the diary now as well as the back and there is no option remove it. Having my name on the front for me felt empowering - it’s in investment I make for myself, it’s something for me/about me and a reminder to focus on myself and I really adore the diaries I purchased over the years. Adding the logo takes some of that away - its feel commercial, an ad placement and less personalised. It’s less about me it’s about Papier selling diaries. There was a nice subtlety about the logo ont the back and I like the logo itself but I felt disappointed with the change for this year when it could easily have been a customisable option for those that would like to keep it on there. For me it made the diary less special, less personal.

Back in the day, papier had the perfect planner! I have been purchasing my yearly planner from Papier for 5 years now. It is disappointing to see how the quality went down over the years. It’s no longer hard leather, the papers are thinner, etc. I will not be purchasing 2026 planner again.

Great choices, I love the pages format and delivery was super quick. That being said, for the price, I was expecting better print quality on the cover. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’d buy again. Really wanted to love it.

My suggestion is that your shipping package be waterproof. My package is a gift to my granddaughter. Unfortunately, we weren't home when it was delivered, and it rained. The paper packaging was soaked, and the rain entered the gift.

I absolutely love Papier I’ve been wanting to order since last Christmas but didn’t have the right funds now I do I finally ordered a photo book on the 10th and due delivery dispatch date was dec 12th with an estimated delivery date of dec 18th I was notified of delivery to be here on the 16th and haven’t received any new package tracking updates since the 12th. Very eager to gift this for Christmas and really excited to see papiers work! Hopefully it gets here before Christmas

Service was fantastic. However I thought the notebook was overpriced for what it was. Was actually disappointed when I opened an A4 package and saw it was only A5.

I have usually had good experiences with Papier but have had problems with 2 expensive card orders...usually upon dispatch. The original order did not reach me at all and appeared to have a tracking issue and the subsequent replacement order has taken ages to arrive. Papier would benefit from reviewing its courier arrangements

Customization (gold ink) is not crisp, spacing of letters is inconsistent, leather is acceptable quality. Interior layout of months is not ideal - overviews for each month should be sorted by month, not layout type. Eg, January should have day/week/goals/notes section, all inclusive.

Relatively happy with the books I received. Some of the binding was a bit loose on one of the journals and the other had been bent a bit. Given the price, I’d expect a bit better. However, I was pleased nonetheless.

Some of the edges of our cards were ragged. Papier logo on the back is too large and can't be changed. More importantly, the return addresses printed on the envelopes were all blurry. Customer service is hard to reach if you are in the US. Will not order again.

I wanted to love this planner, but sadly I do not. Quality does not look the same in person as the product shown. It’s so hard to see the lines and print on the paper as well. Disappointed.

The quality of the book itself was really nice I was just disappointed that it blocked out all letters from yhe alphabet that weren’t english making it look a bit tacky
