For the price, the paper is super thin as is the cover. Not impressed with the quality and would not buy again.

I ordered the recipe journal from this company two separate times and had so many complications with my orders over the span of two months that I will never be purchasing anything from them again. The first order was sent to the wrong address and after contacting customer support with a new address they renewed the order only for it to be shipped to a different country. The design and aesthetic of the website is misleading for the extremely inefficient customer service and shipping quality

I LOVE the cover, but I'm so bummer to see the month-to-month pages are back-to-back and the paper is too thin. Ink and highlighter will bleed through and make the next month more difficult to read and plan on. Also, I wish each month was together; like i wish the month, week, and notes were all in same section for each month, instead they're separated by month to month, or week at a glance, or monthly notes. not ideal.

I bought a personalised card which cost £13 for a quick delivery! Sorely disappointed. Was not impressed with the quality of the print or card. Wouldn’t purchase again

I designed my own save-the-dates and wanted to print them through Papier. The upload process and instructions were very clear and easy. When my proof was sent to me, the trimming was off so I reached out to customer service. The rep verified it was not my fault and placed a new proof order. After waiting two weeks for the new proof I come to find out the proof was canceled without telling me. When I reached out again and ordered a new proof, it arrived and once again the trimming was off. After these two failed attempts and poor experience I decided to order my save the dates through a different company. Love Papier's other products but their printing isn't great sadly!

Ordered save the dates for my wedding, but when they showed up, there was nothing but a few envelopes inside the box. The box had barely been sealed and had opened during transit and most of its contents had been lost. Customer service was kind and responsive, and got the order reshipped right away. But when the replacements showed up, the edges were all damaged during transit as they were still not packaged well at all. Really disappointed.

Beautiful products but it has taken me a while to be a repeat customer as my last order was a disaster with not all of the items being dispatched. After many years I decided to order personalised gifts again and once again only two out of three items arrived! I notified customer service straight away and after many emails they are printing another item which will take another 10 days to get to me which will be late for the recipient. I paid express shipping for my initial order so I would receive the items in plenty of time however there wasn’t any offer of refunding this. When I requested to be refunded for the express shipping I was only offered a 15% discount off the item which was a mere $6.00 or I could cancel my order! The items are for teachers at my son’s school and I wanted their gifts to be the same but personalised. Therefore I can’t cancel the third book and need to wait at least 10 days for it to arrive …. Terrible service and no attention to detail with dispatching items! It’s a pity because the personalised books are lovely. This will be the last time I order from Papier. As mentioned it’s taken me years to repurchase after the first order mishap years ago and now it has repeated again! Not happy.

Paper products are great, writing products are not. I purchassed a ball point pen and immediately had issues with writing quality. Essentially the pens do not output ink consistently and leave spots where ink does not transfer tothe paper. Customer service was great, and they sent me 2 free refills. Both of those refills had the same issue. I decided to give the roller ball refill a try, and bought some roller ball refills. All roller ball refills had the same quality issue. At this point I have tried over 6 different pen refills, and had issues with all of them. The pen housing is heavy, but the weight distribution is not balanced very well. With the cap on the back of the pen, it is difficult to write with, and with the cap off the pen it feels strange in the hand. I have since bought a nicer pen for less money, but believe I am outside of the return window for all of my ink products at this point.

Received a faulty product. Very difficult to speak to a human. The autochat bot has very limited options and you cannot send an email directly, it gets them to contact you, and it hasn’t transfered on the questions i had submitted. I ended up trying to reach out via Instagram. I received a faulty product. A spiral bound planner with all the pages cut unevenly and aligned unevenly within the spiral. I was offered 20% off. Shocking quality for a very high price. Wouldn’t buy again.

Last year 2024 I purchased a beautiful leather diary and I was absolutely delighted with it when it arrived with me, recently I wanted to order another leather diary for 2025, to say I was extremely disappointed that you didn’t have any was an understatement, I went ahead and ordered a personalised hard back and I was extremely disappointing with it when it came

Poor quality on the new undated planner! Looks and feels cheap. Plus the pen holder doesn't fit. No where near as good as my other two purchases. Bummer....smh

The writing on the front of the diary is so pale you can't see it. This is not how it showed on the preview before ordering. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
