“I love Papier's products. They are so well made and beautiful. I needed assistance with my order and customer service representative got back to me the same day within a couple hours or so. I was very impressed by it.”

“Unfortunately I am not happy with the Papier calendar experience, the delivery was slow and the fact that a calendar had the wrong dates in the grid was upsetting. I am still waiting for the replacement calendars and am not sure when they will arrive, no update has been given.”

“Back in the day, papier had the perfect planner! I have been purchasing my yearly planner from Papier for 5 years now. It is disappointing to see how the quality went down over the years. It’s no longer hard leather, the papers are thinner, etc. I will not be purchasing 2026 planner again.”

“Had an issue with a printed callander - This was resolved very quickly and the assistant was very helpful and clear what she wanted. The issue was resolved stress free and very quickly.”
