Beautiful quality stationery. It arrived lovingly wrapped, which added to the excitement in opening it. There was an issue with the online tool's clarity on which layers were on top of each other, but this got resolved quickly by customer service at no extra cost for me.

Poor quality on the new undated planner! Looks and feels cheap. Plus the pen holder doesn't fit. No where near as good as my other two purchases. Bummer....smh

We used Papier for our wedding invitations, information cards, RSVPs and Thank You cards. It is so easy to use and has so many different options to choose from you are guaranteed to find something to match your theme/style! All of the products we have received have been beautifully made, brilliant quality and delivered super fast. If I need anything else I will only ever use Papier, just an all round brilliant website!

Terrible company, they pride themselves on being a luxury photo album provider. They are quick to take money - almost £100 per book - and then not deliver on time frames. No compensation for the delay provided. Especially given the urgency of a bereavement. No understanding from the team and instead I’m advised after 3 weeks to simply cancel the order if I don’t care. I spent ages organising and creating the album but my time obviously isn’t precious.

Regarding the option to cancel your order, we're truly so sorry if this felt insensitive and if it came across that way. We extend this option to any customers who may no longer wish to proceed with an order if it's for a special occasion that might be missed and is not able to be expedited, but we extend our biggest apologies again that this came across otherwise. Unfortunately due to Supplier issues your end my product was not available for the required date, it was a birthday present, I paid extra for prompt delivery, I had to cancel the order.

I absolutely love these planners and this should have been a 5* review, but for one change that was made this year. The Papier logo is now very prominent on the front of the book... as well as being on the back. It may sound a little silly, but I've never been a big logo person. They definitely are welcome to the back, but having the brand name be the main focal point on the front is disappointing... It detracts from the design in my mind. Other than that, the quality is excellent, size is perfect, and I love the two ribbon place markers.

This is the third one of these diaries excellent dia I have bought from you. My daughter loves them as it helps her sort out her busy lifestyle. This year's cover is lovely, my opinion as she hasn't seen it yet.

There seems to be a manufacturing issue as the paper is wavy and has not been trimmed in line with the cover. It therefor hangs out of the top and side of the book. A big disappointment after such a long wait!

It’s been more than 20 days that my order is on hold with you, apparently due to a ‘technical issue with supliers’. This is unacceptable. I wasn’t informed of that before buying it and there is no banner on your website at the moment making customers aware of this problem.

Dear Papier, I love all of your products. This time I purchased a pack of hi-liters but they have all dried out. I am unable to use them. I took some photos. Would you like me to send them? Please can you send me a pack of hi-liters that work? Thank you for your notebooks and diary which are beautiful. My friend used to buy them for me and now she has moved away I am hooked and so buying them for myself. I wont go anywjhere else for my diaries or notebooks now!

Great product. Very happy with the outcome. Our order arrived damaged, likely by courier as the outer box was damaged. Papier responded within minutes and had a replacement order out to us at no charge.

I designed a photo album with Papier which turned out very pretty. However, delivery came in 4 days later than estimated which was very inconvenient as this was a gift for a particular occasion.
