“Lovely notebook, but it arrived without the personalised gift card. Contacted customer services who responded quickly. I was informed that unfortunately they don't send gift cards separately so gave me a 10% refund. No personalised gift card made the gift less special. I won't order from this company again.”

“Unfortunately the planners are super beautiful in the pictures on the website but when they arrive they just aren't good quality for the price. The paper is super thin, you can see right through it. The cover is cheap plastic. The printing looks blurry. I was very disappointed. Also to me it feels out of order. I need 3 bookmarks just to keep track of where July is for example. I'd much rather it all go in chronological order. It doesn't come with any bookmarks or tab dividers or pockets - again disappointing for the price.”

“I really love my new academic planner, but I have noticed a quality difference in quality from the one I purchased last year. The interior paper is much less thick and silky, and the handband (the fabric portion of the binding) is off center. Overall though I love the cover options, as they are so unique and colorful, I just wish that the quality felt more consistent. I don't have a lot of faith that as the company grows that they won't be cutting down on the quality.”

“This is my third academic planner - always very high quality and great price, beautiful designs. Love the size of the new spiral binding, very handy. My one issue is the previous academic planners had finance and recipe sections at the back, which the new very no longer has. This change wasn't made clear when purchasing (item description of pages was different, but if you're buying the same product regularly then you probably won't read the description each time). Still, I'm happy with my new planner and will have to use the blank notes pages at the back for finances instead. I'm sure the new assignment planning pages will come in handy. Overall very pleased.”

“This is a beautiful simple planner, and much easier to carry around than my previous bulky planner. The paper is good quality, and my sharpie pens don’t bleed through. My only dislike is the sections are grouped. I like the month at a glance being together and up front for easier access when making appointments and scheduling. However, the middle section of monthly goals and to do lists should be at the beginning of each month’s weekly view. I don’t see myself using this middle section due to the placement not being quickly accessible. Overall, I would purchase this planner again, based on paper quality, and ample space to write.”
