I ordered an engraved journal for a Christmas present in November and it never turned up. The help I got from customer service was very good and a full refund was given.

Love Papier products, have been a loyal customer for years. However, they should consider changing their delivery partner for Australian orders. ARAMEX has failed to deliver my parcel on time and many other customers around Australia are in the same position. It’s been at their depot for over 3 weeks, which is just down the road from where I live.

Bought two notebooks as Christmas presents (one, specifically requested). Not seen Papier before this. Delivery seemed delayed, but accept gifts were personalised & it was Christmas. Nice enough, but expensive for what they were

Unfortunately my agenda came damaged. I asked for a different version of the same product (hard back to protect the shipping) and was only offered replacement/discount.

For a $30 planner, I would have loved to get a minimum of 110gsm. The paper is light, and will lightly ghos.t Other features not included are a back pocket and pen holder. I wouldn't recommend. Thing I like about this notebook; the layout, the color of the pages, the customization. It's a cute notebook. For the price I expected better.

Well The quality is amazing, the product is super useful my only complain is that I placed an order for a custom productivity planner, and I got a standard one, it was a gift for my wife so I was really disappointed.

I loved the spiral softcover planner I got last year so much I ordered the same this year. I am very disappointed with how light the print is on the inside. It’s barely readable! I don’t think I’ll be purchasing again unless they fix this issue.

Papier offers beautiful designs and frequent discounts, but my experience was marred by a delayed delivery despite paying a fee. Although they refunded the delivery cost, it didn’t change the late arrival. That said, the quality of the products was excellent, and I would order again—just earlier, especially around the holidays.

The product offering is great and really useful for life moments. What has been disappointing on the quality of a few of the items, namely photobook and large framed photos. Particularly prints in black and white. The quality just isn’t there, which is a shame as it would prevent me from buying these sorts of products in future.

Inside paper too thin. I love the cover options and it’s beautiful but for the functionality of it, I’m using a regular pen and it shows through on the other side. Ordered a new planner from a different vendor

I am such a fan but I cannot believe the deterioration in quality from last year to this year on the diary. The paper is much thinner and the cover is also thinner and flimsier. I am so disappointed and I will not be buying again. These diaries are expensive but worth it if the paper is beautiful but if it’s just a flimsy bit of normal white paper then it is not good enough!

Shipping is fast. The planner looks pretty. Unfortunately the paper is not thick enough compared with other brands. That is the only let down.

I ordered the 2025 Leather Day Planner. The planner itself is nice, but there are a few cons in my opinion: the paper isn't thick, and good quality pens bleed through, the calendar month pages have too many non-important holidays that take up crucial room on the calendar. I dont need to know when teacher appreciation day starts. Finally, I don't like that there are 3 different page styles at the back of the planner for notes - just stick to one.
