The title that I filled in on a recipe book was wayyyy too small. It was not as showed in the image. I was really looking forward to gifting this to a friend.

I bought a personalised diary as a gift. When it arrived I have to say I was disappointed at the quality. For the price, I had expected the quality of the cover and pages to be thicker. I am aware I could have chosen the hard cover version, but I wanted the sprial bound for ease of lying flat on a surface to write in.

I wanted to love my daily planner, but I will be purchasing something else, and try to find a use for this one. My main, and significant, disappointment is that the ink on the pages is so light it is hard to see, and nearly impossible in slightly dim light. What’s wrong with black ink, to see the page set up? Or even charcoal, if black doesn’t suit your fancy? Secondly, when designing online, the brightness/value of the color options for the customization type didn’t reflect quite accurately. The font and color I chose showed up well online, but when seeing the product I clearly needed a brighter color. I think the materials are of good quality, but due to barely being able to see the page print color, I won’t be ordering again.

I ordered one of the small photo books for a keep sake hen gift, however it never arrived. I have since contact customer services who have said they will arrange for a new one to be sent and I sent don’t have the book or a dispatch email. The book in question was originally ordered on 24th November! I have always brought my diaries/party accessories from you but I have never experienced this before. I would like to gift the bride for the wedding instead but I’m now worried it won’t arrive in time

The calendar I received came bent - both the paper and the wire at the top. When I tried to flatten it, the wire cut my finger. Last year’s calendar also arrived bent. I will not be purchasing from Papier again.

Having ordered from Papier before, I was really disappointed with the cards I received for this order. The print quality was poor and the finish around the edges of the cards was not acceptable. I did complain and was offered 30% off the main card I ordered. Not good enough.

After ordering my new diary ( which should have gold foil - but didn’t) the next day you went into sale !!! No contact from you and I couldn’t contact you either to try and get my discount !! I am disappointed to be honest .

I have previously ordered cards from papier and geh have been of excellent quality however the card quality wasn’t anywhere as good and the picture wasn’t great printed either. Not what I expected from papier.

The paper quality is mediocre, not great. It is thin and feels unsubstantial. I wonder how tattered this planner will be in 6 months? I chose to upload photos and the quality of the printing was poor. I would not re-order this planner again and in fact, have just re-ordered from the company I used last year. Though they are located in Sweden, more expensive, and it will take some weeks to receive, the quality was far better and worth it.

I ordered a personalised photo book to arrive for my boyfriend's birthday. It was estimated to arrive three days before his birthday, but the day before it was meant to arrive I received an email from Papier support saying they were experiencing an unforeseen delay at their suppliers, so it would arrive a couple of days late. Over a week later it still hadn't arrived so I reached out to customer support. They told me it was likely lost and it was better to re-order it. Danielle was helpful and got it sorted quickly, and to her credit the new copy arrived only three days after our conversation. However, the cover of the book is scruffy and damaged, and just looks terrible. I'm really disappointed.

I am usually obsessed with Papier and don’t mind the price tag because the quality is very high, however, I recently purchased a personalised address book and I was really disappointed with the finished product. The finish is not durable at all and I do not feel that it reflects the brand well.

Misleading website and the picture was cropped too much on front, chopping top of my dogs head off! The actual diary was a good quality book but way too expensive.

For the price of the card I was expecting better quality- the fold wasn't straight and blurred print. The design is great however finish was disappointing
