My journal came damaged and when asking for a refund, they offered me 10% back which does not even cover shipping. After back-and-forth they refused to give me full refund and, instead, offered to send a new journal. The new journal also came damaged in the mail. For $30 journals and poor customer service, I will not be buying from them again and do not recommend this to anyone else.

I haven’t received two items I ordered almost a mont ago, on December 12. The UPS tracking hasn’t been updated either so I don’t know if my two journals are lost or if they’ll appear halfway through March.

I ordered a calendar for my daughter for Christmas-not personalized-just a calendar. I wanted to exchange it for the bigger size and was told I could not because it was personalized. I wrote a reply back stating it was not and why can’t it be exchanged and I’ve gotten no reply at all. Stuck with this calender

Absolutely terrible. Still awaiting an oder from the 11th Deceber which was a christmas present. yes there has been a refun but still no order. TERIIBLE customer service with no guidance on when the order will be recieved.

I was excited about this diary, but it didn’t live up to expectations, especially for the $70 price tag. The front page is thin and flimsy, feeling more like a budget product than something premium. While the corners weren’t terribly bent, they still arrived slightly damaged, which isn’t what you expect at this price point. To make matters worse, I waited over three weeks for it to arrive. After all that time, I expected a much higher-quality product. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this diary unless major improvements are made.

I love Papier products, but my experience on this occasion was very poor. I ordered express delivery to reach before Christmas, the delivery was delayed and then never reached me. I contacted customer service and they haven't offered any real alternatives.

I was really excited to receive my order of custom photo calendars, but I was extremely disappointed with the final product. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet my expectations of Papier. If I could give zero stars, I would. Here’s why: I ordered three custom calendars for my family before the holidays, and while they did arrive on time, the quality was far from acceptable. First, the month of June was completely blank—none of the images I uploaded were included, which was incredibly frustrating but somewhat manageable. Second, the months of July and December had the dates all wrong, making the calendars unusable. I will definitely be warning those around me not to order from Papier, especially for custom products. While I did appreciate the friendly customer service, the poor production quality and lack of attention to detail make me feel that this company isn’t worth anyone’s time or money.

I ordered a memory book for my dad’s 80 th birthday party. The estimated delivery date was 2 days before his birthday . It is now 11 days since I ordered the book and have now been told delivery will be delayed due to a supply issue. I was told yesterday it was to be dispatched today so communication is very poor and I’m extremely disappointed

Disappointing quality and less than stellar customer service solutions. I ordered a 365 day planner, customized it, used it for about 2 days and the pages holding the cover on have already started tearing and I had to tape the binding together. Emailed customer support, they can’t replace it because they are sold out and offered a small discount (~$7) Frustrating when you get excited about a purchase pay ~$40 and they won’t even stand by the product.

Ordered 2 journals and 2 pens at start of December, only one journal arrived in time for Xmas. I received an email to confirm that The other journal was “delayed” a day or two due to unforeseen printing error, it’s now 7th January and I’ve not received the journal or pens (surely these could’ve been sent with the journal that did make it in time for Xmas?) No updates offered by papier, I have had to chase this end and have been told the same thing, no update on when it’ll be dispatched. I’ve finally asked if I can choose a different design to maybe get sooner? The pens I wanted are now out of stock. Tbh I’d not order again, I recommend passion planner instead.

Spent £5 on a card, arrived in the post bent in the middle - absolutely not worth the money for poor service and packaging. Other personalised card companies available with more robust packaging

Really disappointed. Was made to pay for three separate deliveries to come in time for christmas. One did, the other two came late. The calendar i made for my mum turned ip soaking wet and wasnt able to give to her. Really disappointing as i am a loyal customer and usually love papier.
