“I'm a frequent returning customer as the quality of Papier journals and notebooks are, in my opinion, unmatched! The personalisation options are always a fun touch and although the price can sometimes lean a little expensive, I think it's worth it for something I use everyday.”

“The quality of the book itself was really nice I was just disappointed that it blocked out all letters from yhe alphabet that weren’t english making it look a bit tacky”

“I've bought planners for the past 6 years and generally love them because they are beautiful and useful. The lowere rating for this year's purchase is because the printing ink is faint and I have to look harder to see the dates etc. It's a disappoinment”

“I purchased a daily planner/diary. It is supreme quality, the cover is hardback and protects it well, and the pages are thick and nice to write on. I absolutely would recommend this. I customized the diary too, great little gift I think.”

“I find the website quite confusing as I would not have thought you would have to go into “Personalise” if you wanted the diary left blank. Although I made a mistake in the ordering of the item, it was very quickly and efficiently rectified.”

“Absolute exemplary customer service! I made a mistake on my order as misunderstood something on personalising a recipe journal. Emailed customer service on a Sunday - had a very prompt reply from Steph to which I could reply (for once not a 'no-reply' email) and Steph kindly showed compassion, understanding and empathy.
