I like the format of my planner, but do have a couple suggestions. Most of all, the print is way too light. The ink needs to be much darker to be able to see it. This is such a problem that I would not buy this product again. It would also be better if there were tabs for the months, notes, etc. And, finally, it would be great to have a pocket page to use for loose papers.

The planner is cute, not the quality I would expect for the cost. There are other planners on the market that deliver more for the price. The shipping was also insanely long, I ordered this for the start of the year and it arrived two weeks later which was the second full week of January which wasn’t ideal.

The planner that I purchased looked lovelier in the image. The actual product is really not meeting my standards. As an example, it doesn’t have a string or sash to save your place at this price point. I believe it should don’t think I’ll be purchasing again from your brand. Thank you for allowing me to provide feedback.

It looks more premium in the photos than in real life. The paper feels thick in touch, but when you write on it, the ink bleeds through to the other side. The layout is not very practical – a monthly overview is only available at the beginning of the calendar (whole year) instead of before each month. The color is also different from what you see online; I ordered dark green, but it’s 1-2 shades lighter, which is disappointing as it’s not the beautiful shade of green shown in the pictures. The price is on the higher side, but the calendar doesn’t fully reflect that quality. If you don't mind that it's still a good product.

I love the front designs of the diaries but I really wish the ring bound ones were a hard cover as they'd feel a nicer quality.

While the product quality seems high when viewing the products online, they are not necessarily so in real life. I ordered the sticky notes with holder, and the adhesive is very, very poor. The notes do not stick at all once they are removed from the pad. The custom spiral notebook I ordered is of better quality, but I feel the price points are too high.

Beautiful planner but when I went to fill in the months realized it was a four month planner! Didn’t even know they existed. Technically my fault because in one of the two descriptions below the picture it said it but not in the title or first few sentences. So I paid 40 for a personalized hardcover planner that lasts through April. Just an FYI FOUR month planners exist!! Maybe that should be in the title.

It was my first purchase with you and overall I'm happy with the product and personalization. I'm disappointed in the packaging it's shipped in. With cutting down on material used for shipping, it sacrifices the condition it arrives in... damaged.

The quality is amazing I had a trolly full that i intended to buy the next day however when I returned to the website every single item was out of stock I needed to buy my diary that day as I like haveing a diary to start the year off aswell as a couple pens and a recipie book among other things. I ended up settling with a diffrent brand which has upset me as I was really looking forward to my Italian inspired diary however there's always next year

I thought the cards I ordered were nice, but the price was way too high for what I am comfortable spending. Again, nice cards and good service, but next time I will research less expensive options.

I was thrilled to discover your reading log! But the personalization process was not a positive experience. I have one as a gift and the type is so tiny that I had to show the recipient where her name was!

The diary looks beautiful - my only negative feedback is that the print is so faint to be almost illegible. For that I am disappointed given how much the diary cost.

I have ordered from Papier in the past and the hardcover bound planners/etc. are much better quality than the spiral. I wish the cover and backing was a little sturdier. All of there stuff is so beautiful though, I would just rather have the hardcover.

I usually love Papier diaries however I feel that the quality has changed this year. The paper feels thinner, so does the laminated card at the front and back. The printing seems to have a few minor errors throughout the diary pages. The front cover doesn’t look like the colour I chose on the website and it seems a little pixelated.
