I can't find where I can leave a product review. I'm disappointed in my purchase for a few reasons, some of which are on me, but I did want to make sure it was known that this planner is definitely mass-produced and not well made. Every time I turn pages, a pile of tiny paper shreds is left on my desk. And for something that you have to turn pages on regularly (between the monthly/weekly views), that's not a sign of something that is well made. Should've gone with my gut instead of a product that could be personalized. It's not worth it.

Paper quality is great, the designs of thier diarys are unique but the sturcture/layout makes no sense.

I received a cookbook for Christmas and for the price, I am disappointed with the quality. The paper inside feels like newspaper. Does not seem like it will last long at all

Please tell us why you gave that score, we really appreciate any feedback! Failed to provide the service I paid for, however did a good job in fixing it and the customer service has seemed pretty good.
Very mixed, ordered two items and only one showed up, no explaination as to why but the missing item was sent out on the same day that I raised the issue without any hassle. Positives, customer service was quick to send out the missing item and importantly kept me up to date on any issues with the order. The original order arrived in very good time and in suitable packaging. Negatives, no explaination as to why I only recieved half an order. The order was for Christmas so it was an important delivery day missed and it was also to an address that I don't live at which then added further issues. The missing item was set to arrive before New Year but due to suppling issues got pushed even further back into the new year.

Use it a lot but wonder if you quality check cards? I sent a photograph card to Australia and apparently one of the heads was chopped off which I wouldn’t of purposely done.

Although the products and idea seem nice generally unfortunately every step of my order from the company so far has been frought with difficulty and disappointment. As I'm not an IT expert I could have done with a bit more assistance with the ordering process as I wanted the product to be perfect for my daughter's wedding. Unfortunately as I was doing this during unsocial hours the only way I could get advice was by awaiting response to my email. I was not actually able to speak to a person, not even the next day and I felt under pressure to get the order done due to multiple reassurances that the product would arrive on a particular date in time for Christmas. It did not in fact arrive on that promised date and the delivery process was chaotic, misleading and confusing and inconvenienced me greatly however the response I got when attempting to unravel the process was dismissive at best. When the product arrived my daughter noticed that the pages were wavy rather than lying flat in the book and although the customer service advisor was initially helpful I have now sent two further emails with zero response. Frustratingly I have only received generic emails such as this. I am left feeling that the company just want my money and once they have it any notion of care or customer service goes out the window.

I don’t see the hype for this planner and stickers. With 15% off the planner and stickers still cost $50. So i was expecting a premium product. The spiral planner is not sturdy at all. The font on the paper is so faint you can barely read it. When you move the planner around sometime the back cover doesn’t stay on the pages so it’s not protected. The stickers are cute but TINY. This is what i get for taking recommendations from tiktok

I used to love Papier! It is my third year in a row having their planners, and this year I am disappointed. They continue to make changes to the paper used in the planner and the quality continues to decrease. I am writing with the same exact pens as I wrote in my 2023 and 2024 planners with, and I had no issues with that. I love consistency and I already purchased the planner for the year so I will continue to use it, but it makes me reluctant to continue to be a repeat customer. Hopefully they make improvements on the paper in the next year.

Sticky notes are horrible! They don't stick to surfaces well, especially paper which is ironic considering that's what they're for. I would avoid this product. All of the other various journals and day planners I've purchased throughout the years are 5/5 lovely! High quality, nice paper and enough room to write.

Be leery of buying items that are on sale. I purchased a few things that were on sale. I was sent the wrong item. I asked for them to send me the correct product. They said it was out of stock and I would have to repurchase item at full price when it’s back in stock because they were only giving me a refund for the sale price even though the mistake was their fault. I think this company has fine products but their business is unethical.

Really disappointed in the quality of print on most of the personalized items I got. The spiral notebooks are far worse than the hard back or whatever you’d refer to them as. The spiral notebook front is a plastic material and it’s very low audit. I can see all the printing errors where the coloring is split. Really dissatisfied about it and they’re supposed to be gifts. I spent $180 on something that I thought would be high quality but the photos they put on the website do not accurately depict what you’ll be getting in person.
