Quality of the planner is not worth the price I paid for it ($94.82). Delivery was slow and customer service extremely poor. I requested a refund within a few days of receiving the product and was told they have a "no return" or exchange policy. I was told their products are "crafted specifically for the customer" which is why they could not accept the return. The planner I received did not have any personalization to it, whatsoever. I would not recommend this product.

I ordered in early December and was told my package would arrive by Dec 20. By 27 I was sent an email they “ran out” of my item and were cancelling my order. I reordered and kindly asked if they could offer express shipping due to all the errors and they said no …. Great business. I re-ordered anyways because it was a gift, still waiting a month later for my items.

I have yet to recieve my order. I placed my order on 1/1. Expected date of delivery was 1/13. It is now 1/20 and it has not come.

I don't understand why Ash Wednesday and Palm Sunday are not noted on the calendar while Mardi Gras and Earth Day and Womens International Day are. What's up with that? Important Christian holidays don't make the Papier cut? At least Easter Sunday is noted. I am disappointed.

Really lovely products, however customer service extremely unhelpful. Couldn’t help with my issue. Kept on hold for almost 20 mins then got cut off the chat. Finally regained contact. But still couldn’t resolve the issue satisfactory, then chat ended again in a robotic AI fashion.

I have never received my planner. The package has been delayed since Jan. 7th. I imagine it would be a very good planner but I have not been able to use it.

This was my first and last time ordering from Papier. The planner is made of very cheap material, I’m going to have to buy another one from a different brand because this one just does not fit my needs.

This planner has the worst layout ever. You have to flip back and forth. Why are all the pages for each month not together? I am not using it. I need to buy another planner from elsewhere. Would like a refund for this terrible planner that costs way more than it's worth.

Ordered a welcome board in colour rose. It arrived and it was in colour white and the font wasn’t the correct size. Requested a replacement which then didn’t arrive. Asked again and was sent a replacement but this was also faulty with the same issues. All papier offered was a 30% refund as they stated ‘slight variations’ can happen with the colour and the font was the correct size according to the printers. Sent photo evidence that proved this was not the case but have been left with two faulty boards and only 30% refund.

Hi Papier I am very interested on getting discounts because I ordered a gratitude journal early December and was told it would arrive by middle of December not only did the line of that book getting fully canceled but the estimated arrival kept going up I was looking forward to starting this by the start of 2025 and never received and had inconvenience from this I hope we can work this out thanks Happy new year, Bennett,

I ordered the A5 2025 diary from Papier based on a review I read, but unfortunately, it hasn’t quite met my expectations. The layout feels poorly thought out and impractical. For instance, the diary includes sections for monthly goals, to-do lists, top priorities, and new habits, but these pages are grouped together in one section rather than being integrated at the start or end of each month. This means I have to keep flipping back and forth to find the relevant section, which is cumbersome and disrupts the flow of using it. There is also no ribbon or bookmark to hold your place, which seems like a basic feature that should be included, especially for a product at this price point. While the design itself is nice, I find it overpriced for something that requires extra effort and accessories, like tabs or bookmarks, to make it more user-friendly I don’t recommend this product.

I ordered 100 holiday cards to send to my clients. I received the cards with poor color/print quality around the perimeter of every one. I contacted customer service. The options were to send a new batch of cards or refund me 20%. How does a paper company send me a poor quality paper item? I was Very disappointed with the quality and the 20% refund to remedy their problem. I was Not going to wait for another batch to ship to potentially have the same problem. How will you prevent this from happening in the future?
