Lovely diary that my granddaughter requested for Xmas but we live in Australia & it’s a UK diary with different dates for things like Mothers Day , this should have pointed out to me

I was excited about this diary, but it didn’t live up to expectations, especially for the $70 price tag. The front page is thin and flimsy, feeling more like a budget product than something premium. While the corners weren’t terribly bent, they still arrived slightly damaged, which isn’t what you expect at this price point. To make matters worse, I waited over three weeks for it to arrive. After all that time, I expected a much higher-quality product. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this diary unless major improvements are made.

I love Papier products, but my experience on this occasion was very poor. I ordered express delivery to reach before Christmas, the delivery was delayed and then never reached me. I contacted customer service and they haven't offered any real alternatives.

I ordered an engraved journal for a Christmas present in November and it never turned up. The help I got from customer service was very good and a full refund was given.

Love Papier products, have been a loyal customer for years. However, they should consider changing their delivery partner for Australian orders. ARAMEX has failed to deliver my parcel on time and many other customers around Australia are in the same position. It’s been at their depot for over 3 weeks, which is just down the road from where I live.

I am a planner girlie and love papier and have used their planners for years. Slightly disappointed this year because the design I ordered (Italian summer) cover was pink instead of cream (what I wanted) as advertised (see photo). Papier told me that color variation is to be expected. I guess maybe I am particular but idk it just didn’t sit well with me because for the cost, I would like to receive the product as pictured (and not have to forgo a 15% refund because I customized it). :(

loved the selections, also thought the ability to customize is excellent, delivery was good and the wrapping was outstanding, especially to give as a gift. My only issue is the print and lines within the 2025 planner; it was too light, wish it was one or two shades darker so as to see in the low lights of winter.
