“For the price of the card I was expecting better quality- the fold wasn't straight and blurred print. The design is great however finish was disappointing”

“I love Papier's design and personalization options for the cover of each planner! I also love the different options for inside, especially having an unddated option so no pages go to waste if you need to skip days here and there. The paper is great too and shipping is fast. The overall quality is top notch and I love taking my planner out every day at work!”

“We ordered a book for our daughter who wanted to compile her favorite recipes. We had it customized with her name and a title. It turned out to be a very cute book! She was excited to receive it! The only unfortunate part was we wanted it to be customized with black ink instead of light blue and when we received the book, everything was in black ink except for the last letter (which stayed in the light blue ink). Our daughter, who is quite particular, noticed it immediately but really didn't mind--just giggled about someone's lack of detail.”

“I have always rated Papier a 5 in quality and beauty, and the weekly/daily planner has advertised itself as my friends have noticed it in my home, remarking on its appeal. Recently, however, I made a mistake in a reorder and I was blown away by the responsiveness by the customer service team. As long Papier thrives, this will be my planner, and I plan to acquaint myself with other items in the future! Get yourself a Papier Planner!”

“This year selection was meh. I purchased a paper planner two years ago and loved it. I love planner. I was hoping to get the same one. This year the designed has changed and the paper quality is extremely thin. My ink and highlights bleeds through the pages. Now I am stuck with a meh planner. Bring back the 2023 designs.”

“Wonderful service . Cannot rate them highly enough. I made a mistake when ordering a card ( special delivery ) which required me to upload photos and amend text . To my horror when checking my order a few hours later , I realised I had the wrong name on the card . I emailed the company and while it was too late to amend my order which was already in post , a full refund was issued and an explanation of how to reorder the card correctly . This I did and the amended card arrived the next day . Incredible service . Ten stars is not enough .”

“Extremely happy with the invites we ordered for our upcoming wedding! The design was really easy to edit and personalise and it was to great to receive a free sample of what the invite will look like before we sent them out to guests. Also the discount on your first order was really helpful in keeping the cost reasonable, highly recommend!”

“Notelets arrived very promptly and the design (green leaves) and personalisation delightful. The quality of the paper is very good and the presentation box beautifully complimented the stationery.
