“Paper Mountains provide an excellent service for disposing of sensitive papers. Bags are delivered to your door, and once filled, collected and taken away to be shredded. Very easy and efficient.”

“I understand now that the bags were sent in your ususal efficient way and the delay is the responsibility of Royal Mail. Sorry for the 2 stars. I don't seem to be able to delete them.I'll just add I have always been satisfied with the service of Paper Mountain and obviously you are not to blame for the delay.
