“I called up to ask about the difference between a few bags, following the phone call they sent me 3 samples. During the phone call there was a bit of confusion about what I was asking (possibly because I was asking a silly question). After testing the samples I ordered a box of bags which came next day!”

Unfortunately on this occasion have encountered a slight delay on this very popular style of bag and we are looking into holding more stock in the future to avoid any disappointment.
