“I called up to ask about the difference between a few bags, following the phone call they sent me 3 samples. During the phone call there was a bit of confusion about what I was asking (possibly because I was asking a silly question). After testing the samples I ordered a box of bags which came next day!”

“Limited stock of the items I ordered but assumed they would replenish quickly so ordered half of my requirements intending to order the balance when available. However when I telephoned I was told they were not having anymore for several weeks.”

Many thanks for your review and we take on board your comments. We hold a wide range of stock within our warehouse and always aim to replenish stock quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately on this occasion have encountered a slight delay on this very popular style of bag and we are looking into holding more stock in the future to avoid any disappointment.

“The quality of the actually bags supplied was good and they arrived quickly, but unfortunately they recommended that they colour match my design with their print method, and the printed colours were off and not as presented to me. Extremely disapointing.”
