“I placed two orders in a short amount of time. I like that they print the bags locally, which makes turnaround more of a guarantee. They do everything through phone and email instead of through their website. While this can be a little inconvenient at times, all in all it made for a more personal experience and I had faith that they could get the job done on time. I've dealt with many companies who do the same sort of work and you're lucky if you can find a phone number, let alone talk to a real person if you have a problem.”

“Firstly impressed by the pricing, very reasonable compared to other suppliers I have used. The sales team phone back when they say they will and are very helpful on the phone. I actually ordered wholesale bags for delivery but collected direct from Paper bag Co as they are fairly near to me. They offered to refund the delivery charge without me even asking (great). I met Nikki in person who had dealt with my order and was able to discuss future orders for printing. Overall, super happy with the service and will be using Paper bag Co from now on.”
