“Paper Bag Co have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Jemma, who helped me, went out of her way to get my last-minute order done in time and delivered incredibly quickly. Even when I missed the delivery, she ensured it was rescheduled immediately and was always extremely friendly and happy to help. The environmentally friendly, ethically sourced nature of their bags was also very important to the conservation charity that I work for. Can't wait to use them again!”

“We needed some promotional bags for our new community hub. We also wanted the bags to be ethically sourced. We found the Paper Bag Co very helpful with reassurances that the bags are manufactured in a Fair Trade certified factory and are audited regularly. They also provided advice on the logo format. The whole process was trouble-free and Dan and Florence were really professional and supportive. We would highly recommend this company.”

An excellent price was offered for the 100 charity shoppers and a draft design sent within hours. The order was dispatched within week and arrived by courier the day after it left the factory.
