“Initially I was not happy when I found out the delivery courier was DPD because they are useless. But surprisingly my order was delivered on time, I think this is partly due to the Paper Bag Co giving DPD specific instructions.”

“I received my tissue paper which shows a grey leaf pattern on the site, the paper that arrived was pink. I sent an email via your contact on the site but had no reply. I send a photo as I was very disapointed on delivery as it was so creased. I expected it to have a crease in the middle where it was folded but it was awful. It was shipped in a plastic bag so likley to be very creased once delivered. So very dissatisfied.”

“We’ve been using Paper Bag co for many years now for our two vintage shops. The paper carrier bags are sturdy and our customers love that they’re sustainable. We’re making our way through all the dotty and striped counter bags, which we give out with jewellery purchases. Right now we’ve got the yellow and lime green tissue paper but by autumn we’ll change it to a darker colour. We love the variety on offer at Paper Bag Co and the swift delivery!”
