“I had put the wrong address on my order, and so my bags were not delivered. Despite it being my mistake Kimberley, in the admin department, responded quickly to my email and re-sent my order, via next day delivery, and so I will have it before Christmas. Very impressed by the efficient, and friendly service I received.”

“Fabulous bags in great colours and delivered quickly. Will use your service again. However, not your fault but the courier left the boxes of bags in the shop doorway rather than bring them.into the shop, which was open and had customers in. As a customer said, "Anyone on the high street could have taken them!" I did complain to the courier company.”
