“Very happy with the bags I ordered from Paper Bag Co. The quality was very good, which was just what I needed, with extra fast delivery! Have taken off 1 star as DPD delivery driver didn't follow instructions of leaving package in safe place, which is no fault of Paper Bag Co, but I am rating on overall experience. Saying that, I would definitely buy from Paper Bag Co again!”

“We are pleased with the jute bags, to be yet used, and would give a higher rating on Paper Bag Co. product. Our issue is with lack of delivery information and poor courier performance. Firstly, the deliver information is not updated by Paper Bag Company so it is difficult to plan for delivery. There was no information from the courier. Secondly, the delivery courier declined to use our front door bell, knocking instead which is hard to hear. Luckily I was near the delivery door but had to call the courier back for delivery. “I received my tissue paper which shows a grey leaf pattern on the site, the paper that arrived was pink. I sent an email via your contact on the site but had no reply. I send a photo as I was very disapointed on delivery as it was so creased. I expected it to have a crease in the middle where it was folded but it was awful. It was shipped in a plastic bag so likley to be very creased once delivered. So very dissatisfied.”
