“I have ordered a few books from Panzerwrecks thus year but this order was different in a very good way. I had been awaiting the books that were in this order for a while. Unfortunately when they came into stock. I had just had a fraudulent transaction through my bank, so I did not have a working debit card. However after explaining this the company put the books aside until thing straightend out. Now that's great customer service”

“I asked to be notified when this title was in stock, this I got in good time. The book was posted within 24 hours of the order being placed and I had it within 48 hours of the order, so an excellent service. Packaging was expertly done and the book arrived in mnt condition, full marks for this. The experience as a customer - non better.”
