“In many years of buying books by post I have yet to come across any other seller where the attitude, approach, and application of professionalism and customer service is surpassed! The vast majority - understandably - of sellers are just happy to make a sale and hope that it is finalised without any issues ... To my mind the Panzerwrecks team always take that several steps further to make sure you are entirely happy across the board. Obviously there are limits here but I have yet to have any problem with PW! You can add to this that the team know what they are doing and - most importantly - know what they are talking about! Finally, this review is entirely of my choosing, I am not expecting any cheque in the post ... ever! (Well never from PW!)”

“Panzerwrecks has become my "go to place to buy anything WW2 armour related. The range of books is excellent, and the service from the firm is always second to none. Dispatch time is no more than next day, packaging is way better than Amazon's, and to date, I have never received a book that has been badly packaged or damaged in the mail system. I see no reason to buy from another firm, 100% marks to Lee's firm.”
