I felt totally able to discuss my problem and have been treated with such amazing compassion that I am now so much more confident and happy in my own skin. The treatment has been very successful and I would now never go anywhere else.”

“Great service from Panakeia - I needed to get my son caught up with his childhood vaccinations he missed getting at school. It was getting urgent as we needed to travel abroad and Panakeia pulled out all the stops to get this sorted for us. The doctor was also amazing with my son who was extremely nervous. “I contacted Jaspreet as a last resort after 15 years of suffering with rosacea and/or perioral dermatitis resulting in a dry, sensitive skin, redness and scarring. Over the years I have seen several NHS doctors and dermatologists and have pretty much tried everything to get rid of the rash and redness (including several 6 month courses of antibiotics, topicals etc) to no avail. From the start Jaspreet put my mind at ease - she is very knowledgeable and professional and the clinic is immaculate. I’m just over 2 months in with treatment and my skin is now almost completely healed and far less red. I honestly can’t quite believe it. Thank you Jaspreet, for being so understanding and helpful where so many haven’t. You’ve given me back my confidence and I’m looking forward to the next stage of our treatment. If you’re thinking about booking in here don’t hesitate, you will be in safe hands.”

“I had a lipoma removed from above the right eye - brow at the clinic. As I had never had any form of surgery before I was slightly apprehensive. However, the initial consultation, surgery and post surgery consultation was highly professional. I must mention Jaspreet who is great and guided me fully through the whole process. “I’ve been going to Panakeia since 2019 for my laser hair removal treatments. Panakeia has always been professional and cost effective. I have never felt that I have been pushed for a particular treatment. I know that Panakeia offers several other treatments which I have not yet had a chance to utilise. “If you’re reading the reviews section it's likely that you’re considering if you should have a procedure done, rather than tell you that you absolutely should! I will share with you my rationality and let you make up your own mind. The first thing I looked for was the qualifications of the people working at the practice (Jaspreet and her colleagues are all medically trained, Jaspreet being a pharmacist and her 3 colleagues being plastic surgeons, this was good to know as It assured me that if something did happen to me I would have easy access to medically trained staff who would know how to help me). The second thing that I looked for was if the practice was regulated (Panakeia is regulated by the Care Quality Commission, which is an independent regulatory authority that inspects medical practices for Safety, Care, effectiveness, responsiveness and how well it's led, according to the report which you can find on the website, Panakeia has scored very well, this was good to know as it gave me an indication as to whether their machines are inspected and maintained). The third thing that I looked for was how much information is on their website (The Panakeia website has loads of information on it, this reassured me of their honesty and intentions). The fourth thing that I looked at was the location of the practice. (A practice in an affluent area gives you an indication of the type of clientele it attracts and consequently, how educated its clientele are, it’s unlikely that affluent/ highly educated individuals would take unnecessary risks with their health and well-being. I purchased a package deal for Lazer hair removal and if all I got was the results I got from my first session I would have been happy with that. Hair and hair-related issues are no longer something I need to think about and for that, I am truly grateful!!”
