“I had a mastopexy at the newton le willows clinic. I cannot fault the nursing staff , doctors or surgeons- thoroughly professional and made me feel at ease. Excellent experience. However the medical coordinators and the team that book you in and deal with the organisation of your procedure were hardwork and let the entire practice down. Once you get past this massive off putting hurdle you are in safe hands. If my friend hadn't had her procedure done here the experience with the medical coordinators would have sent me elsewhere.”

“Great service overall, staff are all very friendly and helpful. Surgery went without any hiccups and was a very relaxed atmosphere. The on-call element following surgery was absolutely fantastic and personally reassured me when I was feeling something was wrong. The only down side was not being able to get in touch with the clinic via phone when I rang, I found that my calls were cut off quite a few times when trying to make contact. Personally would have preferred the post op compression bandages to have been provided by the clinic so I knew what ones were correct following otoplasty however these were easily purchased after a bit of research.”

“I had a Breast augmentation in April at the Newton le willows clinic, the surgeon was fantastic the aftercare was brilliant although the service from the receptionists was not the best, forgetting to let the surgeon know I had a booked post op check and left me and my partner sat waiting for 2 hours ..... This happened twice ! Overall happy with everything else!”
