“I do not recommend the Pallmall clinic, one of the doctors destroyed my body leaving huge scars! They do not want to give me even half of the money for the damage they did to me! I used the services of another clinic to improve what was destroyed because I could not look at the scars and ugly breasts! I was told that the scars can spread because it is the fault of my skin / it is not elastic. The scars were cut out in another clinic and the breasts were improved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICES AT PALLMALL!!!”

“NO AFTERCARE Be VERY careful using pallmall, I had an uplift with implant and got very sick 24 hours after my op, I was sent to 111 and had an ambulance out. Unfortunately they burdened me onto the NHS despite paying £8300. Would absolutley not recommend to a soul. Read up on aftercare or speak to people who have had surgery with them. Extremely worrying a surgery clinic that doesn’t offer an emergency department, probably my own fault for going into this naively I just expected it to be a given. Complained and they told me that they did everything by the books which was a big fat nothing 🙂”

“Probably the worst experience I have had for a long time. Booked my wife in at the Manchester offices. Very inattentive staff from the moment we walked in. Went upstairs to sit in the very large waiting room, while my wife filled in a consultation form. The consultant then shouted her name from one end of the clinic to the other. (Surely you would expect someone to walk over and greet you?) We then went into consulting room, it was filthy and I mean filthy…… dirty dressings on the floor the bed covers where all dirty and not attached to the bed properly. The consultant looked like he had slept in his shirt!! Overall horrendous experience, people are asking you to spend approximately £7k on surgery the place is horrible and would not recommend to anyone, waiting for our consultation deposit back. Drove from Chester 2.5 hour round trip totally wasted a day”

“Had knecklift at pallmall had revision surgery to correct loose skin on one side of kneck .Still there dr ragavan said can fix it then it was knocked back which now I'm left with loose skin on one side which is absolute joke after paying thousands of pound looks ridiculous. It would be easy solution to fix which he said he can do . These people r happy to take your cash 💸 il have to go else were now and pay for it to be fixed proper .if your thinking about kneck lift avoid this place”

“I had a breast lift and implants with Pal Mal this year and not only am I unhappy with the aftercare and lack of communication or availability to book 6 week post ops, but I’m completely and utterly miserable with the results, my breasts are still sagging 8k down, they basically look the same with scars! I’m so upset. By the looks of someone else’s comment, the surgeon will just tell me everything is healing well and I’ll have to find more money to get revision elsewhere.”

“Would not go this place avoid . Refused to do second revision surgery after surgeon said he could do it and said be August r Sept to Me loose skin under kneck on right side which would be easly fixed .payed alot of hard earned cash for this kneck procedure. Seen Mr Hussain who was abouslute joke. Mr ragavan agreed do surgert and the review board knocked it back absolutely furious 😠 😡. If this is satisfactory result must think people will except it . If its not sorted will have to pay again fir someone to fix it properly after spending thousand and thousands on this result . No one rings to discuss anything with you payed the cash”

“So disappointed with my experience at Pall Mall. My coordinator left me a voicemail wishing me luck for my op quoting the wrong date (two days early) which meant me having to call up and check i had the correct date booked in, she seems to have ghosted me since then returning none of my calls about booking my 6 weeks follow up - despite constant promises from reception she would be returning my calls. For the surgery the results are mediocre at best and there seemed to be a lot of tension between the surgeon and the assistant which was extremely awkward as they bickered behind me. When I was first shown my ears I was speechless and not in a good way from what had been done, meaning the surgeon then had to get a marker pen and a piece of tissue to draw what I wanted - this seriously should have been understood before taking the knife to my head and creating the wrong result. The symmetry was then checked my one of the nurses leaning over me and having a quick look - I really think the surgeon who has done the work should be checking his own symmetry. I tried to book my follow up to be told the January slots were full and I would be called when Feb availability was open - it’s now 31st January and yet again I haven’t been called back despite me calling at least three times trying to book in. Cannot believe how much I am actually paying for this service and totally regret going with Pall Mall”

“I don't think iv ever wrote a review for anything in my life, but unfortunately i feel i have to in this case. To start I had a consultation with Mr Prasad at Pall mall where we went through everything that I wanted from the surgery. Luckily all this was wrote down! - lump excision on the left chest and liposuction on both chest areas. (No lump excision on the right as it had previously been done on the NHS). After waking up from the surgery I found Mr Prasad had actually operated on both sides. Even the side that had been done prior on the NHS which I was already happy with. This was without consent. The side he shouldn’t have operated on healed wrong leaving a nasty overhang. The side that I originally went in for, (left side chest) was done completely wrong, the whole nipple had a fold in it and the side of the chest was deformed (Done completely wrong). This gets better - I actually left the hospital with no compression garment on. Which is something iv never heard of before. They said ‘they didn’t have one that fit me’ I went back to get the drain out about a week later, Mr Prasad took a look at the results and commented the fold would come out. And if it doesn’t it can be corrected with a small cut to release the skin. Weeks later after complaining I was not happy with the fold, he then decided to inject filler into the nipple to bring out the fold. This left it sticking out like a block! As for the side he shouldn’t have operated on and was healing wrong, he told me he needed to inject some scar tissue solution to correct it. This didn’t work. I gave up on Pall Mall and went to see a specialist in London (Harley Street). Its something I couldn’t live with and needed correcting. Although I had to beg him to at least give the correction a go as its something he didn’t really want to get involved in. Luckily the surgeon in London was able to remove all the filler and correct both sides. Very poor all around from Pall Mall, even the aftercare, no check ups, the only time I heard from the ‘patient coordinater’ was a WhatsApp txt talking about arranging the payment. Which is all she seemed bothered about Mr Prasad should not be allowed to operate on people. I really don’t understand how he is qualified. I am proceeding a claim for such bad negligence - As I was speaking to the solicitors and they started looking into it, they told me they have a lot of open cases again Mr Prasad already. This speaks for itself. Probably the worst story iv ever heard about a cosmetic surgery journey, and I’m sad to say this is my own journey. All I can do is try and make you all aware and try and get you to go somewhere PROPER.”
