“Absolutely top service, staff were brilliant and very helpful, they checked on me constantly, brought me food and drinks at any time, the night staff answered the buzzer within seconds, nurse Beverly was very informative and made the experience so much easier and better for me, nurse Maxine also explained everything I had to do so well and provided me with all the medications I needed, Surgon Gawad is very skilled and professional, would highly recommend pall mall medical to anyone going for cosmetic surgery”

“I stayed here for 1 night and could of happily stayed longer. The hospital is clean and comfy and the staff are incrediable. “Went to pall mall for my boob enlargement. The staff were so friendly from the moment I arrived. My room was lovely and clean and the staff made me feel at ease. The procedure was done and the staff did everything to make sure I felt comfortable and okay afterwards. Bev was lovely and the nurse who bakes brilliant cakes was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I recommend pall mall massively!”

“From start to finish my experience has been nothing but first class. The staff were so fantastic and supportive. They all made me feel so comfortable before my operation and once I woke up from surgery they were all so fabulous again. I had a rough night waking up and falling asleep but everytime I called for them they came to my aide, eased my pain and helped me fall back asleep. “Absolutely first class service from reception to surgeon. The anesthatists were especially exceptional. There were 6 people having surgery the same day. All recovered well with no after effects. Attentive nursing staff, who looked after me perfectly. Highly recommended to anyone needing a medical procedure using a private provider. “Excellent experience. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and my consultation was very thorough. Everything was explained to me and any questions I had ( no matter how small or silly) were answered. My husband came with me and everything was explained to us as a couple which was lovely as obviously any procedure will affect our whole family not just myself. “I went to 3 companies before Pall Mall Medical and the second I called and spoke to Sara my mind was made up. Mr El Gawad was outstanding and I’ve ended up with everything I always wanted. Sara even stayed with my throughout the procedure and checked on me, I was overwhelmed with the personal service I received. Maxine my nurse was just lovely and it was like belonging to a family. Everyone who I dealt with couldn’t of been more lovely. Sara and Maxine even checked on me well after my procedure. “Came with my youngest Daughter to discuss Breast Enlargement. Consultant was lovely in every way. Mr El Gawad was professional and made her feel at ease. We was dealt with throughout by Sara who was so kind and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. I was quite uneasy at the thought of my daughter having an operation that was not medically needed but I can honestly say that between the doctor and Sara, I now feel complete at ease in his care. My daughter will be booking in the future definately.”
