About Pall Mall Barbers:

Pall Mall Barbers is a barbershop chain with six locations in London, one in Birmingham and one in New York City.

Pall Mall Barbers was originally founded in 1896 as the Pall Mall Toilet Saloon at No. 27 Whitcomb Street, just off London’s iconic Trafalgar Square. Since then, we’ve served countless gentlemen in our 122 years, helping them look their best and make their first impression count.

Pall Mall Barbers provides both classic and contemporary men’s hair cuts, as well as beard trimming and shaving services. We also offer our own unique men’s grooming product collections, men’s hairstyling products, shaving creams, shaving brushes, double edge razors, beard oils, moustache wax and traditional wet shaving vouchers.

We exist to empower gentleman to look and feel fantastic in order to take on the challenge of life and achieve their aspirations. Our dedicated team of male grooming professionals have a combined experience of over 450 and we are passionate about developing partnerships with our clientele through a deep understanding of what they are aiming to achieve. Every one of our clients receives a grooming experience that is bespoke to their individual needs.

“I have been going to the Trafalger Square branch for many years and have never had a bad experience. My appointments are always with Clemence, she is a fantastic barber, very professional and friendly to chat to. I've never had a better haircut than from her.”

“Have been going to PMB for over a year as it's around the corner from work and the convenience of a pre-booked appointment. For the last 6 months or so Dil has cut my hair and I would highly recommend. Very friendly, excellent Barber, absoloutely no complaints.”

“I get a haircut from Cara about every month. She does a fantastic job each time. Best of all, after a haircut, my hair doesn't need 'growing out' to look right, and keeps it's shape till the next time round.”

“Guy on reception was really surly, too busy talking to his mate. After waiting for appointment, the barber said he couldn't do hair and beard despite that being exactly what I asked for. Also, there is nowhere to hang your coat, the waiting bench wasn't fixed down and slid around, the place was dirty and nobody even acknowledged my presence while waiting, never mind offer refreshment. After finding out the barber couldn't do beards I walked out as, frankly, the place ain't cheap and should be a lot more pleasant for the money. They may be great at cutting hair, I'll never know and don't want to.”

“I go to Pall Mall Barbers on a monthly bases. Elias in the Fitzrovia shop is my barber, I cant recommend him enough. 10/10 for all aspects of the experience, from the haircut to customer service.”

“I had the most pleasant time, with a hair cut that my wife loves and a VG shave by the most wonderful Carra. Sat down around 9:30 and got out of the chair next around 11 feeling great. Pampered and relaxed,was well worth the monies and recommend this lady any time for light conversation, great hair cutting and the most exquisite shave.”

“I agree about the booking system being cumbersome and a bit rubbish mentioned by a previous reviewer but once you have your appointment you get a very good service. Not fancy, no real frills but everything you need. I go to Clemence at Trafalgar Square and she is an excellent hair cutter and will listen to what you want and do exactly that or you can leave it to her and she does a great job.”

Thank you for your feedback Sir. We agree Clemence is a great barber. We decided 5 years ago to bring in online booking to PMB. This was ground breaking for barber shops as most do not take bookings. We agree the user experience of the booking system could be better so have spent the last year working on a brand new system that will launch in January.
