Pall Mall Barbers is a barbershop chain with six locations in London, one in Birmingham and one in New York City.

Pall Mall Barbers was originally founded in 1896 as the Pall Mall Toilet Saloon at No. 27 Whitcomb Street, just off London’s iconic Trafalgar Square. Since then, we’ve served countless gentlemen in our 122 years, helping them look their best and make their first impression count.

Pall Mall Barbers provides both classic and contemporary men’s hair cuts, as well as beard trimming and shaving services. We also offer our own unique men’s grooming product collections, men’s hairstyling products, shaving creams, shaving brushes, double edge razors, beard oils, moustache wax and traditional wet shaving vouchers.

We exist to empower gentleman to look and feel fantastic in order to take on the challenge of life and achieve their aspirations. Our dedicated team of male grooming professionals have a combined experience of over 450 and we are passionate about developing partnerships with our clientele through a deep understanding of what they are aiming to achieve. “This Pall Mall Barbers outlet (Kings Cross) is not local to me, but since a chance booking a couple of years ago I have built up such a rapport and trust with Katerina that I'll continue to return without hesitation. Besides a very friendly and personable nature, Katerina is extremely attentive and engaging, having always provided a clean and efficient service. Over time I have varied my hair and beard styles, on each occasion Katerina has supported with honest feedback, an openness to new ideas and customer care that builds confidence to experiment for routine and special occasions. Thanks as always! :)”

“Jesus is an excellent barber and I really enjoyed not just the conversation, but the whole experience was warm and friendly. I got to meet the other barbers and they were so pleasant and polite. The Trafalgar team is top notch. The next time I am in London, I will definitely look them up.”

“I had Luiz at Liverpool Street. My haircut was excellent, maybe one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. The man took pride in his craft and I was so happy with how my hair looked after. His English wasn’t perfect, but somehow, he followed my requests better than any barber I’ve ever had (including 2 other pall mall barbers). Will be going back.”

“This is in relation to the Kings Cross branch. I am a long-time customer, having had my hair cut there exclusively for almost 5 years. The cuts seem to have gone down in quality while the price goes up. I had a bad experience today which the reason for this review, and for starting the hunt for a new barber. The straw which broke the proverbial camel's back. Sigh. So, today. As usual I was booking an appointment in my lunchbreak... At 9am I booked an appointment for 12.30pm the same day. I booked over the phone and recieved both a text and email confirmation of my appointment. I'd had a bad cut the last time (bad enough my wife wanted me to go elsewhere to get it fixed) but this was with a new barber so I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Long story short I waited 20mins, then was told another customer was going first. They then proceeded to tell me I had the apointment time wrong despite having all the aforementioned confirmations. I know that things happen, and I'm probably just being sensitive given it wasted my entire lunchbreak, but it has been a slow decline in quality of cuts, combined with a steady price increase and I feel it has got to a tipping point. If I'm going to pay almost £40 for a regular haircut it needs to be reasonably on time and good enough I don't consider it in need of fixing. It hasn't been that in a while.”

“Got an awesome haircut from Stilian down by Bishopsgate there. I mentioned I had a date in a few days and I let the expert get to work - he says I'm guaranteed to get date #2. Very satisfied with the haircut, it was sharp, neat and tidy. Molto bene!”
