“Disgrace of a company please check online to see what a sham of a Company this is damaged returned wheels and despite supplying enough images of external damaged packaging and wheel and quotes and email of seller stating damage refused to pay out due to not keeping a single insert that went inside box .. also think very cocky in responses”

“Excellent Freight company. I used there Bike shipping with Box. The box arrived when planned and the boxed/bike picked up the next day and delivered the next day. I had a couple of queries with them via e-mail which they responded to in quick time. Would recommend.”

“Absolute scam. They apply fake holds and then charge you extra to release. Avoid and check Facebook I’m not the only one to be scammed by these. Stay clear. They only use APC anyway so go direct.”

“Once they had collected all was good but charged me for not being home at the time which was not the time I was informed they would be here , they were early so I had to rebook which and pay a missed collection fee which was their fault . Response was , its only an estimated time , -over a 2 hour period !!”

“Absolute rip off, I was charged an extra £30 for not correctly wrapping the wheels but they were wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed. I appealed the issue with Paisley but they were not interested. It's basically the scam of giving you a cheap price and then charging you double for a bogus reason which you can do nothing about because they already have your item. I'll definitely go elsewhere in future. Very very poor customer service.”

“Hopeless service . They just keep posting messages on my phone saying they were there but could nt deliver it. There is a A4 sign on the front door ,with clear directions . Perhaps the driver is colour blind and cannot read. Then i have sent messages to their office , but they don t reply either. Perhaps all paisley staff can t read !!! Or fon t want to. Do not use this freight service absolutely attrocious.”
